Chapter 259 Blind Date
When Lu Yunzhou saw the message from Lin Xi, his vision went black. It seemed he couldn't escape today.
Lu Yunzhou comforted himself, thinking of it as just meeting a client.
As Lin Xi walked out of the school gate after class, she saw Jiang Nian waiting for her. She ran over and took Jiang Nian's arm. "Nian Nian, have you been waiting long?"

Lin Xi told the driver the location of the restaurant.
"Xixi, are you going to the restaurant to have a date with Song Xu?" Jiang Nian asked curiously, since it didn't seem appropriate for her to come along for dinner.
"No, Song Xu has to work overtime today and doesn't have time to spend with me," Lin Xi replied.
"So you're going to eat with someone else?" Jiang Nian raised an eyebrow. Could it be a boy? Then she would be her shield.
Lin Xi hesitated for a moment, "There wasn't really anyone else there, just the two of us eating together."
Jiang Nian noticed that Lin Xi was speaking hesitantly and felt that something was amiss, but she didn't ask any further questions. She was just a bodyguard, and she would do whatever her employer told her to do.
Upon arriving at the restaurant, Lin Xi gave the table number she had booked, and the waiter led them there.
After Lin Xi sat down, she glanced at the seat next to her. It was empty; neither her brother nor her blind date had arrived.
