Chen Xiaoru finally found her voice. She took a deep breath and tried to calm herself, but tears rolled down her cheeks.
She nodded vigorously, tears streaming down her face, her voice choked: "I...I do."
These three words seemed to have exhausted all her strength, but after she said them, she felt as if a huge stone in her heart had fallen to the ground. She felt relaxed and happy, and almost fainted.
She knew that her life was completely ruined by this man.
An ecstatic smile instantly broke out on Chu Tianche's face. He carefully picked up the ring and slowly put it on Chen Xiaoru's ring finger.
The ring was the perfect size, fitting perfectly on her finger. Chen Xiaoru looked at the ring on her finger, tears welling up in her eyes again, this time tears of happiness.
Chu Tianche stood up and hugged Chen Xiaoru tightly in his arms, with such strength that he seemed to want to rub her into his bones and blood. He lowered his head and whispered softly in her ear:
"Thank you, Xiaoru, thank you for marrying me." The voice was so gentle that water could drip out.
Chen Xiaoru hugged him back tightly, burying her head deeply in his chest, feeling his strong heartbeat. The "thumping" sound seemed like the most beautiful music in the world, making her feel extremely safe and happy.
"Xiao Ru, when do you want to have your wedding?"
Chu Tianche's voice rang out above her head, with an unconcealable smile and doting. He gently stroked her hair, so tenderly. "Let's get the certificate first. You have the final say on the wedding."
Chen Xiaoru raised her head, her eyes sparkling with happiness. She pouted slightly and said in a somewhat innocent and serious tone:
"Can we hold it after I give birth to the baby?"
Her voice was soft, as if she was acting coquettishly, but also as if she was asking for his opinion.
"Okay, I'll do as you say."
Chu Tianche's eyes became more gentle. He lowered his head and gently kissed her forehead. His voice was low and magnetic, full of pampering and love.
