"Are you saying I wronged them?" The old lady couldn't stand her two granddaughters. She couldn't get up herself, otherwise she would have beaten them long ago.
"Grandma, my child, I believe you."
The old lady got even angrier upon hearing this and started scolding Rong Yan again: "No wonder they wouldn't listen, it's all because of your encouragement."
"Like mother, like child." The old man's words became increasingly outrageous.
Out of respect for her elder, Rong Yan endured it.
Fu Jingsheng interrupted his grandmother: "Grandma, Xiaoyu and the others wouldn't ignore you for no reason. Let us ask them what's going on first, okay? You're so old, is it worth arguing with a few kids?"
Fu Jingsheng's words completely enraged the old lady. She slammed her hand on her wheelchair: "You, you, you... you've been bribed too, haven't you?"
"Rongyan, go check on Xiaoyu and the others. I'm going to talk to Grandma." Fu Jingsheng sent his wife away.
The days of family harmony and prosperity had barely lasted a few days before Grandma was stirring up trouble again.

Rong Yan pretended not to hear and went to her daughter's room without turning her head.
Fu Jingsheng sat down next to his grandmother: "Grandma, are you bored? Looking for trouble? Our family has finally had some peace and quiet."
The old lady really didn't like hearing that: "Why don't you say they're rude?"
“If you feel uncomfortable with everyone, I’ll send you back to Puyue Mansion and arrange for a few more servants for you.” Fu Jingsheng didn’t want to coax her anymore.
"You, get out of here!" The old lady threw her cane at Fu Jingsheng.
The man nimbly dodged, then said, "Okay."
When the old woman realized that no one was on her side, she ran away from home in the middle of the night.
