Fu Jingsheng knelt on the ground and leaned forward, thankfully his face didn't hit the ground.
Han Yue had only taken a few steps when she heard a "thump" sound and turned around to find her son kneeling.
"Yunlei, wait a minute." She quickly called out to her grandson, who was almost at the restaurant entrance.
The children turned around and found that their father was gone. Then they saw their grandmother walking towards the car. They went back and found their father sitting on the ground.
"Dad!" Fu Yunlei and his brother rushed ahead, but couldn't stop in time and fell directly on top of Fu Jingsheng. Fu Jingsheng had just lifted one leg when it was pushed down again, and his knee hit the ground again, making his already swaying body even worse.
He winced in pain. If he weren't a grown man, or if no one was around, he would have really burst into tears.
Fu Yunlei cried out in pain from the impact, while Fu Yunting clung to his father's neck, unlike his brother who fell down.
"Dad, why did you fall?" Rong Shiyu reached out to help Fu Jingsheng.
"Yeah, aren't you watching where you're going? Is the car's chassis too high? I'm canceling the lease. I won't rent this kind of car again." Han Yue almost tripped several times while riding down the road.
With his long legs, Fu Jingsheng could easily overcome that height. He simply couldn't kneel because his legs were too weak and he couldn't put any strength into his legs the moment his feet touched the ground. He couldn't tell the truth.
He agreed with his mother, saying, "Yes, I'll withdraw right away."
"Can you two stand up?" Fu Jingsheng was being held up by his two sons, and his upper body felt very heavy.
Fu Yunlei and his brother quickly let go.
Fu Jingsheng then pulled the car door open and got up. Rong Shimo blew on her father's scraped knee and said, "Dad, it's just a scrape. It won't hurt if I blow on it."
The restaurant wasn't far from the hotel, so Rong Yan took a taxi there.
After arriving at the private room, she learned from the children that Fu Jingsheng had fallen in the parking lot. She squatted down and looked at the man's knee; the blood had already congealed.
"Wasn't it disinfected?" Rong Yan asked.
"It's just a minor injury, nothing serious." Fu Jingsheng pulled down his trouser leg. "Let's eat first."
Rong Yan ate a few bites and said she was full. She couldn't sleep in the afternoon and felt very tired in the evening after climbing the mountain for several hours. After the children returned to the hotel, they took a shower and went to bed early.
In the bedroom, Fu Jingsheng changed into shorts, and Rong Yan treated his wound, asking what happened.
"My legs went weak for a second," Fu Jingsheng said, hugging his knees. "Was my body giving me a warning?"
While applying iodine, Rong Yan said, "I guessed it. How could you have missed a step when you got off the bus? You must have been very tired when you got to the top of the mountain today. I told you not to push yourself, but you didn't listen."
Fu Jingsheng sighed: "I'm the kind of person who can run a marathon without getting out of breath..."
His voice trailed off.
"Luckily we canceled tonight's flight, otherwise we would have had to stay up all night again. Get some rest tonight, and we'll go back to Tiancheng tomorrow." Rong Yan felt sorry for her husband.
She packed up the first-aid kit and poured Fu Jingsheng a glass of milk.
The man took the cup apologetically: "I said I'd take care of you, but now it's your turn to take care of me."
Rong Yan patted Fu Jingsheng on the shoulder: "What are you saying? Shut up."
The man obediently pursed his lips.

That evening, Guo An went to the warehouse to check on the situation.
I thought everyone would be working overtime tonight to do the inventory, but it was already 8 o'clock when everyone left work.
The warehouse was completely dark.
He went in through the main entrance, turned on the hallway lights, and walked through each shelf to see if any new surveillance cameras had been installed.
After completing the rounds and finding nothing unusual, Guo An returned to his office.
Lin Wei waited at home for a call. Upon receiving Guo An's call, the woman immediately went to the Fu family's residence.
Today, she mainly needs to familiarize herself with the warehouse layout and which shelves have been inventoried before putting the fake shipping labels inside.
Guo An was waiting in the parking lot. When he saw Lin Wei's car, he waved. The woman, who was dressed in black, followed Guo An through the side door.
The man turned on the light, and Lin Wei was instantly stunned. The shelves stretched as far as the eye could see. Fu's clothing warehouse was so big. She looked up and found that it was several meters high.
"Let me show you around. Even if someone comes in at this hour, you can easily find a place to hide." Guo An generously led his girlfriend around.
Changing clothes directly is definitely not an option. She has prepared a solution that is harmful to human skin, which will definitely cause problems if worn close to the skin. She will then spray it directly onto the clothes.
The liquid won't dry that quickly, so if it's applied now, no one will notice when they come to work tomorrow, and she'll need to know which clothes have already been checked.
"Guo An, are the things on the ground still unpacked?" the woman asked.
"Hmm, to be checked. You see there's a label," Guo An said, pointing to the markings on the bar.
Sure enough, the clothes that had been inspected were stamped with a red seal.
"Weiwei, take a look and see if there's anything you like. Come early that day so you can pick some first. I heard these clothes won't be taken out all at once. What I can confirm is that all the ones that have been inspected will be sold. Pick some from the shelves that have been stamped."
Lin Wei was wondering how to distinguish them when Guo An directly told him.
"Okay, is the price the same as written on it?" Lin Wei noticed the numbers on the label.
"It won't be more expensive than this, it's okay. Pick what you like, don't worry about the price. I have enough money to buy a few clothes, I'll give them to you." Guo An patted his chest.
Lin Wei joked, "What if I like a lot of them? It'll add up to quite a bit of money!"
The man was stunned.
Lin Wei laughed: "I was just kidding, five items at most."
"Oh, haha, ten items are fine too, not dozens." The man scratched his head. He wanted to boast that he would buy all the items Lin Wei liked, but his salary was so low that he couldn't just use his credit card to buy them.
"There definitely won't be more than ten items. Oh dear, that's so many! I have a problem with indecisiveness, so I probably won't be able to choose right away. You find a place to wait for me." Lin Wei sent the man away.
“Okay, I’ll sit over there.” Guo An pointed to the door. “I can keep an eye on things for you. I’ll call you if anyone opens the door.”
"Mmm, you've worked hard." Lin Wei kissed the man.
She began to carefully select her clothes, and she had to admit that the quality of Fu's clothes was really good; the same material would cost at least five times more in a department store.
If I hadn't had a grudge against Fu Jingsheng, I might have become a loyal fan of the Fu family too. What a pity.
The woman glanced at it briefly, then returned to the first shelf and pretended to be conflicted.
Guo An knew that choosing clothes was a hassle for women, especially when faced with thousands of styles. He sat by the door and started playing on his phone.
Lin Wei walked to the shelf closest to Guo An and secretly glanced at the man. Seeing that he was holding his phone and looking down, the woman felt relieved.
Where to begin?
She had the medicine in her pocket.
Things are progressing so smoothly that the spill should either be on the pajamas or on all the clothes, otherwise it would be obvious that someone did it on purpose. And she is the only outsider who has ever been in the warehouse, so even if Guo An doesn't tell anyone else.
Lin Wei casually put the fake label into the pocket of a piece of clothing, hoping that the person who bought the clothing would see it.
Then, he pretended to touch the fabric of his clothes and smeared the medicine he had brought onto them.
After finishing a game, Guo An prepared to check on his girlfriend.
He stood at the end of the shelf and shouted.
Lin Wei quickly packed up her things and replied, "I'm here."
The man walked over to the sound, hugged her from behind, and rested his chin on her collarbone: "Weiwei."
