Chapter 284 I Like This Surprise

Guo An tilted his head back and hummed in agreement.

Lin Wei bit the man's shoulder, and he stiffened, his mind going blank.

"Guo An." The woman stood up, supporting herself on the bathtub, and hugged Guo An from top to bottom. "Let me help you wash your back."

Soft hands caressed the back of the man's neck, slowly rubbing it. He deliberately pressed his face against Guo An's, holding the woman's upper body still with his hands, his lips brushing against her skin, occasionally taking a nibble.

With the air conditioning on, the room temperature dropped lower and lower. Lin Wei had most of her body exposed outside, and she shivered and her shoulders trembled.

Guo An noticed the change in the woman's expression and said, "Are you very cold? Come into the water quickly."

Lin Wei sneezed, putting his arm around his shoulder: "Guo An, close your eyes and wait for me."

The woman slid her hand down the man's forehead and covered his eyes as a gesture.

Guo An closed his eyes.

Lin Wei got out of the bathtub, wiped the water off her calves, walked barefoot to the sofa, turned around to see if Guo An was peeking, and saw that the man had his back to her, she smiled with satisfaction.

The semi-transparent glass of the bathroom couldn't hide the person inside. Guo An was quite curious, but he kept his eyes tightly closed until a woman's gentle voice sounded above him: "You can open them now."

The man slowly lifted his eyelids.

His heart skipped a beat. He saw Lin Wei wearing a black fitted uniform suit, a white hat, a name tag on her chest, and her neckline was half open, revealing her cleavage. She wore a very short skirt that barely covered her buttocks.

Guo An stared wide-eyed; this was the epitome of uniform fetish.

Lin Wei poked the man's heart with her finger: "How is it?"

The man's Adam's apple bobbed, and his hand unconsciously covered the woman's buttocks, patting them a few times: "I like this surprise."

"Ah!" Lin Wei felt the strength of the man's hand and cried out in response.

"Does it hurt a lot?" Guo An thought he had lost his bearings and hadn't controlled his strength properly.

"Mmm." Lin Wei nodded. "But I like it." She held the man's wrist and patted herself a few times.

Guo An couldn't resist the stimulation. He grabbed the woman's waist, pushed her down onto the bed, and kissed her open neckline.

Lin Wei hugged the back of the man's head, pressing herself tightly against him.

Late at night, a beam of moonlight shone through the glass onto the two people who had rolled off the bed onto the floor.

Guo An smiled and stroked the woman's cheek: "Weiwei, I really underestimated you."

Lin Wei nestled in Guo An's arms: "What will I play next time?"

He raised his hands above his head: "I surrender, I can't take this anymore."

Lin Wei pressed the man's shoulder and sat him up: "You don't like it?"

He quickly explained, "Of course not, I'm afraid I'll get too excited and hurt you... no, I'm afraid I'll scare you if I get too excited..."

"Just kidding. Of course I know you like it. You almost ate me up just now. As long as you're okay, I'm okay too. Come on, order the menu. What do you want me to wear? I'll arrange it." Lin Wei lay back in the man's arms.

Guo An thought for a moment and mentioned a few of his preferences.

I don't know when I fell asleep on the floor.

In the morning, a thunderstorm woke people from their sleep.

The strong wind whipped up the curtains, slapping against the windowpane and making a crackling sound.

Lin Wei instinctively snuggled closer to the man. Guo An opened his eyes, pulled her into the quilt, and then closed the window: "It's raining. It's still early. Go to sleep. I'll ask for another half day off."

Lin Wei mumbled a confused "hmm".

Hospital.

Lu Kai stayed by Liang Jia's bedside, barely sleeping all night.

Liang Jia was sleeping soundly. The aunt came over with breakfast and saw the two of them still sleeping through the door and window of the ward. She sat outside with a thermos cup and waited.

When Lu Kai was awakened by Liang Jia's coughing, he looked at the time and saw that it was already eight o'clock. However, there was no light in the room. When he opened the curtains, he found that the sky was gloomy.

Liang Jia woke up coughing, calling out, "Sir."

The man walked over, patted her on the back, and said, "Jiajia, I'm here."

Liang Jia kept her eyes closed, shaking her head repeatedly, and saying things that Lu Kai couldn't understand. He called out to her several times, but she didn't open her eyes.

Lu Kai panicked and pressed the emergency call button.

The doctor arrived quickly, and Liang Jia's fever spiked to 40 degrees Celsius again.

The woman, who was running a high fever, was delirious. After the IV drip was administered, she calmed down a little, but soon she started muttering to herself again, looking rather frightening.

The aunt casually remarked, "Could it be that it's possessed by an evil spirit?"

Lu Kai had never believed in these things before, but Liang Jia's surgery was very successful, so how could she have developed a high fever and become delirious? He left his aunt in the ward and found a fortune teller to exorcise the evil spirits.

He went to great lengths to cut in line, and when it was his turn in the afternoon, Lu Kai wore brown sunglasses, afraid of running into acquaintances.

There was an elderly woman in front of me, sitting in a wheelchair, with Buddhist prayer beads in her hands.

Lu Kai felt like he had seen this person somewhere before.

The slightly younger woman next to her, probably the old lady's maid, kept comforting the old lady, saying, "Don't worry, Grandma, Master Huang is very effective."

The old lady had prayed to Buddhas in different regions, but still couldn't stop the misfortune from befalling her family. Could there really be such a miraculous person in Tiancheng? But this person was introduced by her other old friends, and they all said he was effective, so the old lady had no choice but to give it a try.

"Well, that's the only thing we can do." The old lady had no other options.

The more Lu Kai listened, the more familiar he felt with the content of the conversation.

Until the old lady uttered the two words "Old Fu".

Lu Kai was completely shocked.

He actually ran into the old lady of the Fu family.

Fortunately, the old lady didn't recognize him.

The man sat to the side, composed himself, and continued to listen.

It seems that the old lady of the Fu family is not very satisfied with Rong Yan, and keeps saying that her granddaughter-in-law is a nemesis.

Lu Kai hesitated for a moment, wondering why he shouldn't take this opportunity to sow discord.

He pretended not to recognize the old woman and politely asked, "Hello, Grandma, are you here to have your fortune told too?"

Lu Kai first chatted casually with the old lady, then began to make up his own story, saying that he had heard from a friend that Master Huang was very effective, that his mother had passed away, and that his father had remarried twice, but both of his wives had died of illness.

Suspecting he was cursed to bring misfortune to his wives, the father never remarried. However, the family's misfortunes did not stop after he stopped marrying. He broke up with every girlfriend he had. He had consulted fortune tellers several times before, and they all said that his father had a tough fate and that severing ties was the only way to resolve it. Some people are born with bad luck and can only be avoided by staying away from them. But his father was his only family.

Upon hearing this, the old lady immediately thought of Rong Yan, and she knew that her grandson and Rong Yan were incompatible according to their birth charts.

Lu Kai then pretended that his situation was similar to that of the Fu family and asked the old lady if everything had gone wrong since someone joined the family.

The old lady nodded repeatedly.

"Let's hear what the master has to say in a bit," Lu Kai said, knowing he had successfully stirred things up.

The old lady became even more restless. She continued to discuss with the maid beside her: "I knew it. We have to get rid of her now so that there will be peace in the house. Don't waste any more time. Go back and find Jing Sheng right away."

She canceled her appointment with the master, called her grandson, got the address, and rushed over.
