"The roof?" Bai Nuo looked up at the roof.

After Long Er called Long San down from the roof, Bai Nuo stuffed Pearl and the unconscious Bai Dalin, who was like a piece of wood, into the carriage and left the Bai family overnight. Bai Nuo always felt that Chen Qiuling would not let it go, and leaving Bai Dalin at home would be a disaster, so she simply left with him.
In the still of the night, with the bright moon hanging high, the carriage clattered along for half an hour before finally arriving in town. Long Er drove the carriage to the entrance of the Fulai Inn.
Bai Nuo jumped down from the carriage and saw that the Fulai Inn was brightly lit. Knowing that Hu Mingmei was still awake, he went up and knocked on the door.
Those outside could hear footsteps coming from inside, and soon someone came to open the door.
It's Lu Ying.

"Can I put these two things here with you? There's nowhere else for me to put them!"
These are all valuable items, and they're far from town, so it's inconvenient.
“Yes, that’s fine!” Lu Ying hurried over to help, saying as she went, “Miss, you go in first. Second Master is upstairs, not in the backyard.”
