After Hu Mingmei finished speaking, Lu Ying quickly presented all of Hu Mingmei's property to the old woman. The old woman only glanced at it briefly before looking away. "Your family is from the capital. After you get married, won't Nuonuo have to go to the capital with you?"
Grandma didn't really care that Hu Mingmei didn't have parents. After all, Bai Nuo only had one father and no mother, and the key was that her father didn't care about her. It was the same whether she had them or not. Of course, it was good to have money, which made Grandma very satisfied.

Hu Mingmei nodded, picked up Bai Nuo around the waist, and turned to leave the main room.
Following behind Hu Mingmei, Aunt Liu shouted loudly, "Oh dear, I have to hurry and get a doctor! How could he be so badly injured? I hope he doesn't develop any lasting health problems!"
He then strode out, leaving Lu Ying and the others, along with the old woman, looking at each other in bewilderment.
The old woman wasn't entirely unconcerned about Bai Nuo's condition, but seeing her like this, she became extremely anxious and tugged at Lu Ying, saying, "What are you still standing here for? Hurry up and see if there's anything you can do to help!"
"Oh!" Lu Ying seemed to wake up from a dream and quickly walked out. He caught up with Hu Mingmei not long after, but someone had already asked for the doctor, and Miss Bai had her second master with her.
