"What's going on?" As the two women were shoving and confronting each other, Madam Zheng walked in. As soon as Zheng Qing'er heard the voice, she knew her savior had arrived. She immediately snorted loudly, turned around and ran to Madam Zheng, tears streaming down her face. "Aunt, something's happened to my second brother! Please save him! There are some malicious people here. If you don't save him, he'll die!"
Madam Zheng patted Zheng Qing'er's hand reassuringly, signaling her not to worry. Then she looked up at Bai Nuo, who was worried about Hu Mingmei and had no time to play along with Madam Zheng. She looked at her calmly, without looking away.

Madam Zheng looked over and saw a man who looked like a doctor sitting in front of Hu Mingmei's bed. However, she seemed to have never seen this doctor before, and he did not seem to be the doctor usually used in the mansion. So she immediately walked over.
"Second Aunt!" Bai Nuo also stopped Madam Zheng.
"What's wrong?" Madam Zheng maintained a faint smile on her face, appearing very gentle. She seemed not to understand why Bai Nuo had stopped her, and at the same time, she seemed a little anxious and very concerned about Hu Mingmei.
