Chapter 44 Spider-Man VS Four Winter Soldier

With a bang, the two crashed into the top of the wall and then landed heavily on the ground, along with small pieces of rock that had broken off the top of the wall.

A sense of unease slowly crept into Crawford's heart as he sat in the conference room, but his long-term training as a secret agent allowed him to quickly calm down.

Crawford's gaze quickly swept around the room, and the next moment, he fixed his eyes on Renata, who was trembling slightly in the corridor.

As if he had just remembered something amusing, a smile slowly spread across Crawford's face—if he remembered correctly, Spider-Man was a selfless person, and after Spider-Man appeared, he often saw videos of Spider-Man risking his life to save people online.

So, threatening Spider-Man with Renata seems like a brilliant idea?

Crawford's eyes sharpened instantly. He quickly drew his pistol from his waist, pointed it at Renata in the corridor, and shouted at Peter, who was walking towards them, "Hands up and surrender now, or I'll kill her!"

At the same time, the Winter Soldier in front of him raised a machine gun and aimed it at Renata outside.

At this moment, Renata was still standing on the corridor outside the glass window, not far from the group of people. When she saw guns pointed at her, she became even more frightened.

Crawford looked at Spider-Man, who was standing still, and became even more smug. Out of the corner of his eye, he could even see Pierce's admiring gaze.

“Excuse me, is this person you’re using to threaten me some relative I don’t know? Or is this person completely unrelated to me, and you’ve just lost your mind and randomly grabbed someone to threaten me?” Peter, standing there, tilted his head as if he was very puzzled and looked at Crawford.

Before Crawford could react, Peter continued with a cold laugh: "Besides, there are always some people who need to be sacrificed for justice, and I believe she can understand that."

Crawford paused for a moment, feeling that the sentence sounded familiar. After a moment, he suddenly realized: Isn't this what I, the villain, say most often?

But is the person who said this really the Spider-Man who risked his life to save others?

Pierce instinctively felt something was wrong; he even suspected that this Spider-Man was an imposter. So, while backing away, he quickly issued orders: "Number Two, Number Three, immediately coordinate with Number Four and Number Five to stop Spider-Man and kill him at all costs. Number One, cover our escape."

He had to find a way to kill this Spider-Man. Whatever Spider-Man's motives for infiltrating his villa, he couldn't let tonight's secret be revealed.

Everything for Hydra!

“Trying to escape? Not so easy.” Peter looked at the two men, sneered, and then leaped forward, closing in on the two Winter Soldier warriors at the front.

"Bang! Bang! Bang!"

Because Peter was moving so fast, the machine gun that was originally aimed at Renata immediately changed direction and fired at Peter. This was a machine gun specially made by Hydra for the Winter Soldier, including the bullets, which were custom-made and extremely powerful.

The constantly flashing gun barrels, combined with the booming sound of gunfire, created a very oppressive atmosphere, but Peter simply swayed left and right and dodged all the bullets.

After quickly approaching the two men, Peter swung his fist and punched each of them, sending them flying.

Peter, who was about to give chase, suddenly frowned—his spider-sense told him there was danger behind him. Peter turned his head and saw that some of the guards had already arrived at a distance, pointed machine guns at him, and pulled the triggers.

"Bang! Bang! Bang!"

Countless bullets pierced through the glass windows and shot toward Peter. Peter ignored the guards, looked up, and leaped up, hanging upside down on the ceiling. He then crawled quickly across the ceiling, chasing after Pierce and Crawford.

But soon, Peter looked down and snorted coldly. There, the four Winter Soldier soldiers all got up from the ground and quickly grabbed a machine gun, aiming it at him.

Peter knew very well that even with his strong spider senses, there were times when he couldn't react in time when surrounded by multiple machine guns.

Since that's the case, let's deal with them first, then go after them!

Peter pushed off the wall and landed next to the black man, delivering a side kick to the man's head, knocking him heavily to the ground.

This time Peter added even more force, and the black man crashed heavily to the ground. Peter could even hear the sound of bones breaking.

Seeing the black man struggling on the ground and unable to get up, Peter focused his gaze on the nearest white man, and then, while dodging bullets, quickly approached the white man.

Even with the well-trained mental fortitude of a white man, he still felt a chill run down his spine when he saw Peter walking towards him.

"Bang!"

The white man's machine gun fired bullets at Peter relentlessly, but to Peter, all the bullets seemed to be in slow motion. He could clearly see the trajectory of each bullet and quickly dodge them.

Upon reaching the white man, Peter delivered another side kick, knocking the man unconscious.

By this time, Pierce had passed through a series of doors and was only a dozen meters away from the backyard gate. He could see his driver waiting for him outside in his safest car.

Hearing the continuous gunfire behind him, Pierce frowned slightly, then took out his phone and quickly made some changes.

We must nip all accidents in the bud!

As Pierce made his move, a moment later, a mechanical notification sounded from his phone: "Confirm missile launch to this location?"
