Chapter 119: Settling Accounts with He Qiuya

Cheng Jianyong went back to his office to get some letter paper. The letter paper used in the army was the same, and he had it in his office.

Jiang Manyue first wrote a letter, in which she stated her identity and made clear the purpose of her writing the letter. Finally, she only needed to replace the names of the people to create several love letters.

After writing the letter, Jiang Manyue imitated the handwriting on the report letter for a while, and quickly copied out several love letters in He Qiuya's handwriting.

Qi Xiangrong compared the report letter with the forged love letter by Jiang Manyue and found that they were exactly the same.

If he hadn't seen Jiang Manyue write it with his own eyes, he would really have thought that the letter of denunciation and the love letter were written by the same person.

After completing the preliminary preparations, Jiang Manyue plans to make a final confirmation.

She found Li Hongxiang and asked her if she could recognize the person who had asked her about her family situation that day.

Li Hongxiang nodded. "Yes, I recognize it. I have a good memory."

Jiang Manyue took her to the vicinity of the art troupe dormitory, pretending to be looking for something, but actually she was waiting for He Qiuya to come out and let Li Hongxiang recognize her.

The two of them didn't have to wait too long. He Qiuya walked towards the dormitory building from another building. Jiang Manyue saw her and greeted her with a smile.

He Qiuya felt a little guilty when she saw Jiang Manyue, and she felt even more uncomfortable when she saw Li Hongxiang beside her. She said a few perfunctory words and hurried in.

"Aunt, is that her?"

Li Hongxiang nodded affirmatively, "It's her!"

Jiang Manyue was relieved. Her aunt was sure that it was He Qiuya, so her plan couldn't have targeted the wrong person.

After the two returned, Jiang Manyue sorted out the letters and put them in the mailbox early the next morning.

She didn't write the sender on the envelope, only the recipient's name, and the postman delivered it directly to the corresponding recipient.

The recipients selected by Jiang Manyue were all at the rank of deputy division commander or above. They and their families did not live in the compound, but there was a separate family building for them to live in.

Commander Zhang's wife, Yuan Min, was just about to go out to buy groceries when she saw the postman delivering a letter. Without thinking too much, she opened it directly.

Work letters would definitely not be sent home. Yuan Min thought it was sent from her hometown, so she opened it and read it herself without waiting for Commander Zhang to come back.

This sight made her so angry that she held the letter in her hand, her eyes almost spitting fire.

Yuan Min didn't even bother to buy groceries. She rushed to the art troupe with the letter. She wanted to settle the score with He Qiuya.

He Qiuya was rehearsing at the time and had no idea that the storm was about to come.

Yuan Min took the letter and went straight to He Qiuya's rehearsal room. With a gloomy face, she asked, "Who is He Qiuya?"

He Qiuya was confused and walked forward to ask, "Excuse me, who are you?"

Yuan Min stared at He Qiuya's young face, a trace of hatred flashing in her eyes, "Are you He Qiuya?"

He Qiuya nodded. "It's me. May I ask what you have..."

Before she could finish her words, Yuan Min slapped her in the face, knocking the defenseless He Qiuya to the ground.

Everyone in the rehearsal room was shocked. What was going on?

He Qiuya looked at Yuan Min in disbelief. Why would this strange woman come to her house and beat her up for no reason?

Yuan Min didn't feel relieved, and she grabbed He Qiuya's hair again, "Bitch, if you dare to think about other people's husbands again and write those lewd letters to me, I will beat you to death!"

He Qiuya was confused. When did she start thinking about someone else's husband?

The other people present didn't know the inside story and thought that He Qiuya was having an affair with some military officer and was visited by that officer's wife, so they started pointing fingers at her.

He Qiuya's hair was pulled, and she struggled and shouted, "I'm not thinking about other people's husbands, you're mistaken!"

Yuan Min sneered, let go of He Qiuya's hair, took out the love letter and threw it in her face.

"You dare to write a letter but not admit it?"

He Qiuya no longer cared about the pain in her scalp and quickly picked up the letter to read.

"No, I didn't write this! I really didn't write this!"

Although He Qiuya could recognize her own handwriting, she had never written such a letter!

He Qiuya tried desperately to defend herself. She no longer cared about why her handwriting was on the letter. She just wanted to quickly get rid of Yuan Min, the crazy and violent woman.

Yuan Min looked at He Qiuya with half-belief and half-doubt. Several people who were familiar with He Qiuya also gathered around to take a look. He Qiuya's roommate Guo Xinmei looked at the handwriting on the letter and her face became strange.

She recognized He Qiuya's handwriting; the letter was clearly written in her handwriting!

Guo Xinmei looked at He Qiuya and felt very ashamed in her heart. She actually did such a thing!

He Qiuya was still defending herself. She really didn't know what the letter was about. She even swore that she had never written such a letter to anyone else.

Guo Xinmei couldn't bear it any longer. It was clearly written in black and white, yet she was still trying to argue. Her sense of justice prompted her to say, "This is clearly your handwriting! And you still say it's not you!"

Yuan Min's eyes changed instantly, and He Qiuya hurriedly explained, "No, I don't know why, this letter really wasn't written by me, I can swear, you believe me!"

Guo Xinmei looked at her with disappointment. They had been roommates for so long, and she thought He Qiuya was a person with aspirations and dreams like her, but she didn't expect that she would secretly hook up with a married military officer.

There are many people in the art troupe who want to become a phoenix and marry a senior military officer to get rid of the life of practicing and rehearsing from dawn to dusk and performing in the countryside. However, Guo Xinmei always felt that He Qiuya was just like her and disdained to associate with such people.

But this letter let Guo Xinmei know that He Qiuya was that kind of person. She even had no bottom line compared to others. She actually destroyed other people's families and became a lowly intruder!

"I really misjudged you, He Qiuya. I didn't expect you to be so shameless. You wrote such a letter even though you knew that someone else had a family!"

Guo Xinmei threw the letter in He Qiuya's face, turned around and left. The others also walked away, looking at He Qiuya with contempt.

Yuan Min slapped He Qiuya in the face again, "You bitch who dares to do it but not admit it, I tell you, if you dare to seduce my old Zhang again, I will let you know why the flowers are so red!"

After saying that, Yuan Min pushed He Qiuya away and turned to leave, but ran into Deputy Commander Cui's lover Ye Hongqin who rushed in aggressively.

Ye Hongqin also held a letter in her hand and asked, "Who is He Qiuya? Come out!"

Yuan Min and Ye Hongqin were both neighbors living in the staff building. Seeing this, they quickly asked, "Hongqin, are you here to see He Qiuya too?"

When Ye Hongqin heard her say this, she understood a little bit. She glanced at He Qiuya lying on the ground, pointed at her and asked, "She is He Qiuya, right?"
