Li Xiangyun's face was grim. She regretted letting her eldest son marry this woman, but she couldn't just stand by and watch her family fall apart.

When Huo Junshan arrived at the educated youth settlement, the others were eating. When Liu Zhijun saw him, he immediately put down his chopsticks and got up to chase him away.

Yun Ningyan's heart pounded, and her face turned even redder.
Just as she was about to say something to ease what she perceived as awkwardness, there was a knock on the door.
"I'll go open the door," she said, pushing away Huo Junshan's hand and running to open the door.
Upon seeing that it was Liu Zhijun, her face instantly turned cold. This man really didn't know how to pick his time, interrupting her and the beauty's cultivation of feelings.
Huo Junshan was overjoyed to hear her thoughts, and he couldn't hide his delight.
What are you doing here?
Huo Junshan walked up to her at some point, and the two asked in unison.
This made Liu Zhijun even more heartbroken.
