Chapter 68: Washing Clothes

"No money? Then why do you want to buy it?"

The female doctor was a little angry and shouted at the prince to leave, but the prince kept talking, "If those people hadn't seen how expensive I was, they wouldn't have left me alone. Since we are destined to be together, why don't we spend the rest of our lives together?"

The prince leaned forward with his buttocks sticking out, his face becoming a sunflower. The sunlight shone on his face, as if the sunshower had also fallen on his face, but he just smiled and didn't move, as if he was going to work here.

"Let me be your assistant."

"Assistant? I don't need one. I'm not a celebrity. If you don't want to buy health supplements, please get out now."

"No, no, can't I buy it?"

"Where did you get the money?"

"This prince's robe of mine is worth quite a bit. If you don't believe me, you can sell it. You know, my fellow villager wanted it before, but I didn't give it to her. Maybe she got it back for me. Anyway, if you like it, take it."

"Your tattered clothes already stink of sweat. I don't want them."

The female doctor pushed the prince out, but he kept knocking on the door. "Go and try selling it, and you'll know it's real. Didn't you hear there's an auction? Go and take a look. If you can sell it for a high price, then consider it as a health supplement for a course of treatment."

"But your illness may not be cured in one course of treatment. In fact, everyone's physical constitution is different, and no health product can claim to be completely effective for everyone. Furthermore, your condition is crucially affected by your mood. Lizard bites like yours are very common; they don't usually bite humans. How did you offend it?"

"Don't mention it. It ate an ant, and I tried to save that ant, but ended up like this. But I'm also quite lucky. Since I met you, if it doesn't work out, you can go to the roadside stalls and have a look. There must be someone who knows the goods. My prince's clothes can be considered an antique, after all. They are hundreds or even thousands of years old.

"What? Who are you?"

"The Legend of the New White Snake" was playing on TV. The female doctor looked at the prince with strange eyes, as if he could turn into a monster at any time.

"Haha, even if I tell you, you won't believe it. Just treat me as an ancient person. That way it's easier to understand, right? Time-travel dramas, aren't they often performed in modern times? They're not real at all. The real time-travel dramas are like mine, miserable and beaten every day. I won't say more, it's all tears. Let's go and sell the prince's clothes."

"Where's your fellow villager? If she knew, wouldn't she come and ask you for it?"

"It's none of her business. She deserves it. Who told her to give up this treasure chest of mine? When we make money in the future, I'll renovate your place. If you want to open a bigger hospital, I'll definitely help you achieve it."

"Is your prince's robe really that valuable?"

The female doctor looked at it doubtfully and it seemed that the workmanship was indeed very good, just a little dirty.

"I know an antique appraiser. If you're not sure, you can take it to him and have a look."

"Okay, but like you said, it's too dirty. Why don't you wash it first?"

The prince took out a large basin. No one knew where it came from, or maybe it was a foldable one that he could carry with him. When turned over, it could be a chair where he could sit and rest at any time.

"If you use your feet, it will be easier to wash. I just have a few blisters on my feet, but it shouldn't be a problem."

Who knew that as soon as the prince's clothes were soaked in water, before he could even use laundry detergent or anything, he saw...
