Jin Yining watched them leave before closing the door and turning the noise reduction back on.
He helped Shang Ning to her feet and asked, "How are you?"
Shang Ning shook her head to indicate that she was fine. "What were you about to say?"
"I……"
As soon as Jin Yining finished speaking, the house shook violently. Jin Yining picked the person up from the bed to prevent him from being hit directly by the stone. When he reached out to activate his defense, Shang Ning pressed him down with his hand.
If we activate the defense at this point, wouldn't that be the same as revealing our identity?
Shang Ning and Jin Yining went downstairs, and there were several cars lined up outside. Yan Yan and the others had already been brought down.
Shang Ning and Jin Yining came out, and Ning Sang sat on the roof of the car, still carrying the cannon that had just been used to blow up the house on her shoulder.
Shang Ning whistled and looked at Ning Sang not far away, "Who's that? Looks pretty arrogant."
Jin Yining held her close and whispered in her ear, "Sang."
Shang Ning looked over again, and the woman was still sitting up there.
"Miss Ning, Mr. Jin, I'm sorry, but I would like to invite you to come over as guests."
Shang Ning gasped, leaning against Jin Yining to steady herself, and asked in a low voice, "Are we pretending to be cool?"
“It’s free to pretend anyway,” Jin Yining said with a smile.
Shang Ning patted Jin Yining's chest, stood under the eaves at the door and looked at the group of people outside. "Auntie, your way of inviting people is really special. What, are you inviting me to the underworld? Aren't you afraid that such a big cannonball will kill me?"
"Auntie?" Ning Sang scoffed, jumped off the roof of the car, and tossed the cannon in her hand to the person next to her. "Little girl, do I look that old?"
Shang Ning squinted and looked at her carefully; she didn't look much like her at all.
"Older than my mother."
No one can deny that Lam Suet is young and beautiful.
Otherwise, Ning Kong wouldn't be this good-looking.
Ning Sang chuckled softly and looked at Jin Yining, "Mr. Jin, I'm sorry I startled you."
Shang Ning: "..."
She was the one who was scared, okay?
Shang Ning moved slightly and stepped in front of Jin Yining, saying, "Auntie, our teacher Jin likes little girls."
Jin Yining looked down at their little girl; she was being possessive of her food.
When Ning Sang reached out to touch Shang Ning, Jin Yining led her back a step.
Ning Sang's hand fell into mid-air, and she looked at Jin Yining again. "Mr. Jin, it seems we'll have to trouble you to come with us."
"Wait a minute." Shang Ning looked at Ning Sang, who had turned around. "Isn't it me you want? What does my ex-husband have to do with this?"
"Little girl, there's only one kind of person who leaves through here." Ning Sang turned around, and raindrops swept in as the person holding the umbrella for her behind her turned around.
Jin Yining raised his hand to shield Shang Ning from the raindrops.
"dead."
Shang Ning trembled, as if she was really frightened.
Ning Sang watched the little girl retreat and gestured for someone to lead Yan Yan and the other two to the car. "Little girl, is there any other problem?"
Shang Ning puffed out her cheeks. "I, I..." Shang Ning wanted to say something, but seeing Ning Sang raising her gun, she said, "What problem could I possibly have? I must be fine."
Jin Yining chuckled softly, enjoying his wife's sharp eye despite her cowardly nature.
"Very good, little girl, I think I like you."
"No, I'm straight. I have someone I like. Don't like me. It won't work out." Shang Ning snorted.
"Could you please bring an umbrella? She's not feeling well," Jin Yining said calmly.
Ning Sang nodded and gestured for someone to get them umbrellas. "I've heard that Movie Emperor Jin is a warm-hearted man, and I've seen it for myself today."
"The warm guy isn't yours either," Shang Ning muttered softly.
