Chapter 168 Yi'an is coming back
"Ha ha ha ha!"
A hearty laugh reached his ears, and Old Master Mo pointed at the head of the Mo family, a hint of amusement in his eyes.
"I only have one son in my life, but you're different. You probably have so many sons outside that you can't even count them on your fingers, right?"
The head of the Mo family frowned, paused, and didn't immediately grasp the deeper meaning behind his father's words.
He only snapped back to his senses when Mo Ziyuan gently reminded him.
“Father, Grandpa longs for his children and grandchildren to be around him, but right now, the only ones who can bring him joy are my two grandsons, Mo Li and me.”
These words struck like a thunderbolt. The head of the Mo family swayed and looked at his father in disbelief. His heart sank. Did the old man mean to drag those illegitimate children into the inheritance?

The midday sun shone through the window curtains, casting warm, dappled patterns on the floor.
As Mo Ziyuan pushed open the door, Lin Yiluo's warm laughter drifted in. She was huddled together with Shi Jingsheng, her fingertips pointing at the snack bag on the table, her eyes sparkling.
The moment she saw him, the girl immediately dropped what she was holding, rushed over, wrapped her arms tightly around his waist, and gently rubbed her cheek against his clothes.
"Brother Ziyuan, you're back!"
"Mmm." Mo Ziyuan lowered his eyes, his fingertips brushing through her hair, which was ruffled by the wind blowing in from the balcony, his voice gentle.

Shi Jingsheng raised an eyebrow, a hint of surprise flashing in his eyes. He had thought that the matter with the Mo family would take until at least evening, but he did not expect Mo Ziyuan to act so quickly.
He stood up, patted the hem of his shirt, and spoke decisively.

"I miss you so much!" The girl's voice was soft and sweet, melting Lin Yi'an's heart.
Lin Yiluo's voice was soft and sweet, making Lin Yi'an feel completely melted.
“Baby, I was planning to go straight back, but it’s raining here, it’s raining so hard that the plane can’t take off, so I can only go back tomorrow. You can see me when you wake up.”
