"What powerful poison gas!" The Pope and his entourage shuddered as they watched the believers, enveloped in the gas, turn into poisonous liquid in an instant. They couldn't even get close to that giant thing, let alone deal with it.
"Bang bang bang..." While the Pope and the others were still reeling from the poisonous gas spewed from the giant wolf's mouth, the giant wolf had already struggled out of the spatial rift. Its enormous body leaped and bounded, repeatedly jumping and landing in the city that the believers revered as a holy city. The poisonous gas gradually spread throughout the entire city with each leap of the giant wolf.
The earth trembled incessantly as the giant wolf's leaps slammed into the ground like mountains. Buildings throughout the city collapsed, and fleeing crowds could barely stand, falling haphazardly to the ground. They watched in despair as the city crumbled, as the surrounding ruins crashed down upon them, as green toxic gas spread towards them. All they could do was pray for the angels to protect them and help them escape.
"The Holy City is finished." The Pope and his entourage flew through the air with their magic, watching the city rapidly collapse and be destroyed by the giant wolves' leaps, and they were filled with despair.
"Your Holiness, please send angels! We are no match for this monster. If this continues, the entire Holy City will be doomed," a cardinal said anxiously.
"It's no use. Even if an archangel descended, he couldn't deal with such a gigantic monster. Let's leave here as soon as possible," the Pope said dejectedly. This enormous monster, capable of quickly destroying a city, was beyond the capabilities of ordinary angels, not even archangels. Even if he offered a saint as a sacrifice, he could only hope to summon an archangel at most.
Hearing the Pope's disheartened words, the two cardinals knew that the Pope was out of options. After exchanging a glance, they silently flew away.
"How will you know if you don't try? Maybe your omnipotent angels will have a solution, Pope." A cold, familiar voice rang out mockingly behind the Pope and his entourage.
Upon hearing this voice, the Pope and the others quickly turned around and looked back, their hands touching their respective magical artifacts.
Behind them, Wang Han, clad in black armor, stood before the two cardinals who were trying to escape. His Bloodthirsty Blade slowly sheathed itself, and the two cardinals seemed frozen in place. Behind Wang Han, the vampire prince who had recently appeared in Japan and a middle-aged man with a thick coat of hair stood on either side of him, a step behind, appearing as subordinates. It was the vampire prince who had just spoken.
Only then did the two cardinals, who had been trying to escape quietly, fall helplessly from the sky and crash to the ground, their bodies split in two.
“Werewolf King, Broski. Vampire Prince, Fabro.” The Pope and the others recognized the two people next to Wang Han at a glance.
Seeing the two cardinals cut in half at the waist, everyone's expression was extremely solemn. The werewolf king and the vampire prince were both powerful figures and their old rivals. It would take at least two cardinals to contend with them. The one standing between them was probably their master, whose strength was even more unfathomable. Judging from the way he sheathed his sword, the two cardinals had obviously been killed silently by him.
"The Bible, a fine collection, I'll take it." Wang Han said casually, looking at the Bible in the Pope's hand, as if the person holding the Bible was not the Pope, but just an insignificant ordinary person.
Upon hearing this, the hairy werewolf king immediately said, "Pope, my master wants your Bible. Hand it over immediately."
"You are their master." The Pope didn't even glance at the werewolf king, but looked at Wang Han and said, "General Jia from the Han Dynasty of China, a two-thousand-year-old existence, is truly an extraordinary figure."
"You heard..."
“You know a lot about China.” Wang Han waved to stop the werewolf king and said with some surprise, “Even in China, few people can recognize the dynasty of my armor. You not only recognized the dynasty, but also confirmed that this is armor that only a great general can wear.”
“Although I wasn’t born in that period, I’m still very curious about the history of China, especially the powerful Han Dynasty,” the Pope said. “Your armor is indeed very special. Although it is very different from the style of Han Dynasty armor, some of the accessories and patterns on it are only found on Han Dynasty armor. Some of the patterns are even special patterns that only the generals who command the entire army can use to show their status.”
“Indeed.” Wang Han nodded. The patterns on his armor certainly highlighted his nobility. However, this armor was a super alloy suit reforged from his former armor.
Ignored by the Pope, the werewolf king said impatiently, "Master, why waste so much time talking to him? Just kill him and take the Bible."
"Werewolf King, what are you doing interrupting when your master is speaking or acting?" Vampire Prince Fabro looked at the Werewolf King and said mockingly, "Were you just giving orders to your master?"
"I wouldn't dare." Upon hearing this, the werewolf king was so frightened that he knelt on the ground, kowtowing repeatedly and trembling as he said, "Master, I absolutely did not mean that, nor would I dare to have such a thought. Please forgive me, please forgive me."
Looking at the werewolf king, who resembled a pitiful lapdog, the Pope mocked, "Werewolf King, where has your former majesty gone? You look like a lapdog now."
"Get up," Wang Han said, looking at the Pope. "I've wasted so much time talking to you. Are you ready for your angelic descent? Your life is fading abnormally; do you think you can hide it from my eyes?"
"Your Holiness..." Upon hearing this, the people around the Pope looked at him in shock.
