Xincheng first introduced Wang Han and his teammates from the Victory Team to each other. After Wang Han sat down, he handed him the menu and said with a smile, "Mr. Wang Han, we are not very familiar with Chinese cuisine, so please order!"
"Oh, I see. Then I won't stand on ceremony." Wang Han said with a smile. After quickly glancing at the menu, he had already made up his mind. After ordering quickly, he said to the waiter, "Please tell the chef that I am Chinese, so please use authentic cooking methods to make authentic flavors."
Upon hearing this, the waiter paused for a moment, looked at Wang Han carefully, and then said with a smile, "Sir, please wait a moment, I will go and arrange it for you right away."
After saying that, the waiter left in a somewhat flustered manner.

Even Wang Han only noticed this after looking at the menu. After all, there wasn't a single authentic, or even semi-authentic, Chinese dish on it; all the dishes were tailored to the local palate. If the chef or owner were truly from China, they would surely have kept a few authentic Chinese dishes, even if it meant catering to local tastes to survive. They would have listed those dishes even if no one ordered them, as Chinese cuisine is their signature dish. Instead, all the dishes were simply pandering to the local palate.
Even if he was wrong, Wang Han wouldn't be soft-hearted towards this restaurant that didn't serve a single authentic Chinese dish.
