Chapter 64 Should we... go to the back?

Chapter 64 Should we... go to the back?

"Mmm—" Shang Shu flinched slightly at the sudden kiss.

Gu Sui kissed him passionately. She leaned forward towards the passenger seat, bracing herself against the glass with one hand and protecting the back of Shang Shu's head with the other.

The fragrance of the Ice Beauty wafted into her nostrils, and Shang Shu closed her eyes, trying her best to respond. However, she was still a little uneasy, after all, they were outside, and she was afraid of being seen by passersby.

She gently pushed Gu Sui's shoulder, barely managing to catch her breath: "Gu Sui... someone will..."

"Don't worry, you can't see it." Gu Sui looked into Shang Shu's misty eyes, and before he could catch his breath, he kissed her again.

She had already checked beforehand; there were no cars around the parking spot, and besides, the coupe had privacy glass.

"A-Shu..." Gu Sui's eyes were glazed over as he softly called out between breaths, his voice growing hoarse again, "I want to kiss you..."

I want to kiss you so badly. I've been thinking about it since just now. When you solemnly told me not to touch alcohol, when you were holding that bouquet of ice cream, when you called my name, when you apologized, when you asked me if this explanation was okay, when you laughed at my self-torture, I wanted to kiss you every single second. I've been holding back for so long, but now I don't want to hold back anymore.

"Weren't we already kissing...?" Shang Shu didn't care about anything else, her breath ragged, she cupped Gu Sui's face and passionately returned the kiss.

A very, very long kiss.

They kissed until their faces were flushed crimson, kissed until they were covered in mud, kissed until the tide rose, kissed until the end of time.

"Would you like to... go to the back?" Gu Sui asked, panting.

"But...but I didn't wash my hands." Shang Shu glanced at the center console in the back seat, which was a bit in the way, bit her lower lip, and dismissed any other thoughts.

“Yes, there is.” Gu Sui gently rubbed his nose against the other person’s chin.

"Huh?" Shang Shu uttered a very soft "ah," her voice trembling slightly. She felt her entire face burning.

Doesn't this mean that Gu Sui had already thought of this...?

She felt like every strand of her hair was about to ripen, so she gently pinched Gu Sui's lower back and said shyly in a low voice, "Why are you... like that?"

Gu Sui pinched Shang Shu's earlobe, which was almost bleeding, repeatedly: "Which one? Hmm?"

"Lust." Shang Shu trembled as Gu Sui touched her, and a small hump rose on her neck.

"You just realized?" Gu Sui chuckled softly in the other's ear.

Shang Shu couldn't stand Gu Sui's cold demeanor; the contrast between his aloofness and his usual coolness was the most lethal. Her breathing became erratic again.

The two began to move, but as soon as Shang Shu opened the car door and her foot touched the ground, she immediately sensed something was wrong.

The blush on her face hadn't faded yet, but a warm current was already spreading down below. Her lower abdomen clenched, and Shang Shu gripped the car door, frozen in place, momentarily at a loss.

"What's wrong?" Gu Sui asked, seeing that the person had stopped moving. He closed the car door and went around to check on Shang Shu.

"I... I think my period has started." Shang Shu pursed her lips somewhat embarrassedly, not because of her period, but because she felt a little sorry for Gu Sui.

No wonder she had a headache when she woke up this morning. She was too busy recently and her emotions were fluctuating, which caused her to be unreliable last time, so she simply forgot about it this time.

The painkillers she had taken earlier seemed to have worn off, and Shang Shu felt a slight, dull pain in her lower abdomen.

"Let's go home." Gu Sui frowned, touched the back of Shang Shu's hand, closed the car door for her, and walked back to the driver's seat.

She doesn't experience much menstrual pain, but she knows that Shang Shu's first day is very difficult. However, it hasn't been long since Shang Shu took the medication, so she can't give it to her immediately.

As soon as he got into the car, Gu Sui saw Shang Shu begin to take off her outer clothes.

"Why are you taking off your clothes?" She reached out to stop her, worried that Shang Shu would catch a cold from the contrast between the hot and cold clothes.

"I'll take it off and use it as a pad, so I don't get the car dirty," Shang Shu said, trying to remove the person's hand to continue.

"Go wash it and then, wear it." Gu Sui was a little serious. She draped the clothes back over Shang Shu's shoulders and adjusted the chair for her. "Hang in there a little longer."

Shang Shu gave a soft "hmm," placed her hand on her lower abdomen, and tried to maintain a lying position.

Gu Sui continued driving steadily, only increasing the speed slightly. He kept glancing at Shang Shu out of the corner of his eye, turning his head to look at her every time he stopped.

Afraid of distracting others, Shang Shu simply turned her head to the window and closed her eyes to calm herself down.

Unlike a headache that can be endured, Shang Shu felt that her muscles were undergoing complex force analysis. She squeezed her legs together, feeling the resistance between her lower abdomen and the force, as well as the uncontrollable warm flow that would surge out from time to time.

It's a bit tricky.

Gu Sui stared at Shang Shu's earlobe, watching her body shift slightly every few seconds. He wanted to speak up to show his concern several times, but he was afraid that she was already in pain and would have to put in extra effort to deal with him, so he repeatedly suppressed his words and choked them in his throat.

After about ten minutes, they finally returned to the water's edge.

Seeing that no one was moving, Gu Sui leaned over to look and saw that Shang Shu was asleep, but the girl's brows were still furrowed and a thin layer of sweat was on her forehead.

"Ah Shu, we've arrived." She squeezed Shang Shu's hand with a touch of tenderness and whispered in her ear.

Shang Shu opened her eyes somewhat dazedly, mumbled an "hmm," and subconsciously sat up to check if she had dirtied the car seat. Fortunately, her pants and coat were thick enough that no stains were left.

Gu Sui quickly got out of the car and went to the other side to meet Shang Shu. She gently supported Shang Shu's waist, providing slight support, and slowly led her inside.

Shang Shu took off her dirty clothes, too exhausted to take a shower. Perhaps due to her disordered state, this time her period was quite intense and the flow was much heavier than before. She sat on the toilet to recover, then leaned over and curled up into a ball.

A day spent in pain is hardly pleasant.

Gu Sui had already changed into her pajamas outside, but no one came out for a long time. She walked over and gently knocked on the bathroom door: "A-Shu, are you alright?"

"Hmm..." Shang Shu responded with a short, somewhat suppressed nasal sound.

Gu Sui frowned, placed his hand on the door, and asked, "Do you need me to come in?"

"No need..." came Shang Shu's weak voice from inside, "I...I'll go out now."

Upon hearing this, Gu Sui released the doorknob. She checked the time and realized it was almost time to take her medicine, so she took advantage of the moment to go downstairs and pour herself a cup of hot water to bring it up.

When I returned, Shang Shu had already come out of the bathroom and was curled up on the sofa next to me.

"Why don't you lie down in bed?" Gu Sui placed the water and medicine on the small tea table in front of Shang Shu, sat down next to her, pulled her close to him, and reached for the things on the table. "Here, take your medicine."

"I haven't showered." Shang Shu straightened up slightly. Although she had changed into clean clothes and the housekeeper would change the bedding every day, she still didn't want Gu Sui to feel uncomfortable. She knew that even if Gu Sui minded to death, he would never tell her.

Gu Sui frowned, took a small sip of the hot water he had just poured, and then handed it to Shang Shu: "It's not hot."

After saying that, she opened the medicine box and responded to Shang Shu's words, "There's no need for so many formalities. After taking the medicine, we'll go lie down."

Shang Shu took the medicine and glanced at Gu Sui.

us.

Gu Sui seemed to really like saying "we," especially when coaxing her. However, this time Gu Sui said it very softly, making her unsure whether he meant they were lying together or it was just a habitual expression.

But she really liked it; she liked talking about it and she liked listening to it.

Shang Shu curled her lips slightly and responded softly, "Okay." She felt that the medicine had already started to take effect just a few seconds after she swallowed it.

Fortunately, this time "we" was the former. Shang Shu nestled in Gu Sui's fragrant arms, scrolling through Gu Sui's phone with him. To be precise, she was only responsible for directing and watching, because she didn't even have the strength to lift her hand.

Watching Gu Sui skillfully enter the password to unlock the device with his beautiful fingertips, Shang Shu moved her lips and asked, "Why don't you use Face ID?"

What she really cared about wasn't whether Gu Sui used Face ID or not, but that she saw the password that had been used for a long time.

1224.

It was Christmas Eve, and also the day they spent together.

Shang Shu's phone password was Gu Sui's birthday. Gu Sui originally wanted to use hers too, but because of He Landai, Shang Shu stopped celebrating her birthday after the age of six and didn't like to mention it. So Gu Sui settled for the date they got together as the password.

Gu Sui paused, his chest trembling slightly: "Do you want to hear the truth or a lie?"

"I want both." Shang Shu smiled. "Tell me the fake one first."

"I don't like it, and I'm too lazy to change it."

"Hmm, really?"

"The truth is, I'm used to it, I don't want to change it, and I'm used to thinking of you every time I lose."

"Oh." Good habit.

Shang Shu's ears felt a little hot, and her heart was filled with sweetness, like many little butterflies were fluttering their wings.

Strictly speaking, that was an old date, and the time when they got back together wasn't that. Shang Shu was always picky about the details of relationships, but thinking about her Christmas plans, she smiled and felt it didn't matter.

"Just one 'oh'?" Gu Sui lowered his eyes and looked at the little girl in his arms.

"Gu Sui," Shang Shu nestled in his arms and smiled, "You weren't like this before."

Gu Sui never used to flirt with her, but now he's spouting sweet nothings one after another. She really wonders if Gu Sui was just faking it all before.

"What?"

"That's a bit too much."

"Is that so?" Gu Sui touched Shang Shu's exposed lower back and tugged at her nightgown, which had been pulled up slightly. "Just telling the truth."

Unable to suppress her smile, Shang Shu tilted her head back and pecked the other person's cheek: "I love it."

The two of them cuddled and scrolled through their phones for a while. The painkillers took effect, and Shang Shu wasn't in much pain anymore. However, this time the pain was really intense, and she had to get up repeatedly to change into several pairs of sleeping pants. Perhaps because of excessive blood loss, Shang Shu soon felt sleepy.

Gu Sui held the sleeping Shang Shu and lay down for a while. He thought about going to the study to get something, but he was afraid that the little girl would wake up and look for him, so he took an iPad back to the sofa in the bedroom to watch it.

Seeing that it was almost one or two o'clock, and thinking that Shang Shu hadn't eaten much in the morning, Gu Sui still woke her up. The girl always had special preferences for food during her period. This time, she refused to eat the lunch made by the housekeeper because she was grumpy when she woke up, and insisted on eating the sweet potato porridge that Gu Sui made. Gu Sui did not give in to her. After instructing the housekeeper to buy sweet potatoes, she coaxed her to eat some other things to fill her stomach first, and she also ate a couple of bites herself.

Only after the soft, sweet porridge cooled down and was put into her mouth did the little girl show a satisfied smile.

"Is it good?" Gu Sui held the bowl in one hand, put down the spoon with the other, and gently reached over to wipe Shang Shu's lips.

"Mmm." Shang Shu chewed on the sweet and soft sweet potato, shaking her head and laughing, "The treatment during my period is really good."

Gu Sui tucked a lip and reached out to pinch the chin of the heartless little girl: "When was the treatment bad?"

"Okay, every day is good."

"Yes, every day is good."
