Chapter 175 Surprise or not?

"Why didn't you say so sooner? Aren't you afraid the baby will see this..."

The girl's voice stopped abruptly when she saw Qin Nan.

Su Kun waved and greeted Qin Nan with a grin.

Su Kun: "Hey, kid, are you surprised?!"

No sooner had he finished speaking than Sang Wusheng kicked him in the butt.

Sang Wusheng: "Surprise my ass! I thought I was dead! Aren't you afraid of hurting your little one's feelings?"

After roaring at Su Kun, Sang Wusheng turned to look at Qin Nan, her face immediately softening into a gentle and kind expression.

Sang Wusheng: "Mommy's little one, you've grown up. Come here and let Mommy see you."

Upon hearing this, Qin Nan strode over, knelt on the ground, and stood at eye level with her mother.

Sang Wusheng raised her hand to touch Qin Nan's face, looked him over carefully, and then hugged him tightly.

Sang Wusheng: "My little one has grown up to be so handsome! No wonder he's his mother's child!"

Su Kun: "That's my baby... yours! Yours! Your own child!"

Faced with Sang Wusheng's warning gaze, Su Kun immediately backed down.

Qin Nan's voice choked with emotion: "Mom, Dad, what are you doing here? I went to the Outer Heaven, to that stone statue?"

Upon hearing this, Sang Wusheng glared fiercely at Su Kun again, then looked pitifully at Qin Nan.

Sang Wusheng: "It's a long story. Mom didn't mean it. It's all because of your unreliable father. You can't speak clearly, which made Mom think she was dead."

Qin Nan: "Then, Mom, what happened to your body?"

“Dad gave Mom half of his life, like a parasite, living a life shared with Dad.” Su Kun paused, then continued, “This isn’t over yet, this isn’t the time for reminiscing, baby, did you bring what Dad said?”

Qin Nan raised his hand and took out the scroll and the brocade containing the corpse of the Golden Crow.

Su Kun looked at the two items with great satisfaction and proudly patted Qin Nan on the shoulder.

Su Kun: "Okay, now Dad will take you to the heart of the earth. Do as Dad says."

Sang Wusheng: "We're already here, what's a little more time?"

Su Kun: "After planning for so long, I will not be at ease if I cannot finish this matter."

Sang Wusheng hesitated for a moment, indeed, if the problem wasn't completely resolved, he would still be worried.

Qin Nan looked at the two people in front of him, then suddenly raised his hand and bit himself. It hurt. He wasn't dreaming; it wasn't a hallucination.

Qin Nan smiled at the two of them, her voice was cool, but her tone was light and cheerful.

"Okay, I'll go."
