Lu Huai withdrew his hand from her inner garment, gently tucking a stray strand of hair behind her ear. His Adam's apple bobbed as he teased her, his hand lingering on her smooth skin. "Don't seduce me, hmm?" he said.
His voice rose slightly at the end, sounding deeper and more pleasant than usual.
Qin Qi blushed, feeling rather annoyed. What did he mean by saying she seduced him? It was clearly this man who had imprisoned her in his arms, preventing her from backing down, and yet he was blaming her instead.
Qin Qi was furious. She straightened her clothes and glared at him: "It is because you no longer know that there is any shame in the world!"
Lu Huai couldn't help but chuckle, his eyes filled with amusement as he asked, "What do you mean?"
Qin Qi snorted, turned her head away from him, and started to walk out.
"Ah!" With a dizzying spin, Qin Qi couldn't help but cry out in surprise as Lu Huai picked her up horizontally.
She was annoyed, so she punched his chest and muttered in dissatisfaction, "What are you doing?"
He didn't feel any pain, probably because he had held back. After all, when he was with Shu Hua, he was someone who could fight against a strong man and defeat him.
He was extremely proud that such a frail-looking person could remain fearless in the face of danger, but he could only utter four words: "I am honored to share in this."
Qin Xi was a little confused by this unexpected remark: "Huh?"
Lu Huai smiled and continued walking: "It's alright, just hold on tight, or you might fall."
Upon hearing this, Qin Qi released his grip, adopting a "what can you do to me?" attitude.
His eyes sparkled, his thin lips curved into a smile, and his hand loosened slightly.

Lu Huai smiled and hugged her tighter, teasingly saying, "Don't hug me too tight, I won't be taken away by anyone."
Qin Qi was furious. This person was far too shameless. If she continued to argue with him, she was afraid she would suffer internal injuries from anger.
He lowered his head and gave her a light kiss on the forehead. Then he ordered A-Yu to take the dishes out of the food box, and even while sitting on the stool, he refused to put her down.
Qin Qi glared at him, one hand covering the spot he had kissed, the other hand grabbing his sleeve: "I want to take a bath."
"Sweetie, eat first, or it'll get cold." Lu Huai patted her hair, his eyes practically smug.
She pouted and muttered, "But I sweated today, and I feel sticky and uncomfortable."
Lu Huai's tone left no room for doubt: "Then eat quickly, I'll take you to take a bath later."
"I want to get down." Qin Qi shifted uncomfortably, only to have her slender waist embraced by the person beneath her.
"Don't move," he said, his eyes dark and his tone dangerous.
Lu Huai's dangerous tone indeed intimidated Qin Qi, who murmured softly, "But with you like this... how am I supposed to eat?"
Lu Huai raised an eyebrow, a smile playing on his lips: "Shall I feed you?" he said, reaching for his chopsticks.
Qin Xi was startled and quickly pressed his hand down: "No, no, I can eat now."
He's such a big guy, how can we let him feed him?
Besides, Lu Huai is not one to suffer losses. If he were to be fed, this man might try to get some "benefits" back from him.
Qin Qi bit her lower lip lightly, feeling embarrassed.
"I can do it myself." She took the chopsticks from his hand and began to eat, bite by bite.
Seeing her like this, Lu Huai gave her a satisfied look: "Good girl, I'll take you to take a bath after you finish eating."
"It's not like she can't find it herself, why take her?" Qin Xi thought to herself as she ate.
Half an hour later, Qin Xi finally understood the meaning of "bring".
