However, just as he was about to retreat, the alarm on the screen suddenly flashed. A cold voice came from a distance: "Gu Master, I finally waited for you!"
Bai Zang turned his head sharply as a high-level mecha slowly emerged from behind the ruins, its psychic shield flashing with a dazzling light. The enemy was clearly prepared, and its psychic cannon quickly aimed at him.
"Damn, I'm screwed today!" Bai Zang cursed inwardly, quickly maneuvering his mech back and simultaneously activating a poison program to try to disrupt the enemy's network system. However, the high-level mech's defense system was exceptionally powerful, and the poison only slightly weakened the enemy's psychic energy flow.
"Master, your tricks are useless in front of me!" The Jindan mecha pilot sneered, and a beam of psychic energy rushed straight towards him.
Bai Zang quickly maneuvered his mech into a roll to avoid the impact. The beam exploded behind him, shaking his mech. He gritted his teeth. The data on the psychic console kept jumping, indicating that the mech's protective system was on the verge of collapse.
"Just wait, I will turn the tables one day!" He cursed softly, and tried his best to control the mecha to rush into the ruins, using the complex terrain to escape the opponent's pursuit.
When he finally stopped, the mech's virtual health bar was down to one bar. He slumped down in the control chair, panting and whispering, "Asshole, next time I'll show you how powerful a Gu Master is."
After exiting the Chaos Realm and returning to the Spirit Realm battlefield, the first thing he did was check his loot warehouse. Despite being nearly killed, his warehouse was still filled with parts and modules, which calmed him down a bit.
"Not bad, at least I didn't return empty-handed." He muttered to himself, a sneer on his face. "The more chaotic the place, the more opportunities there are. As long as I still have the Gu in my hand, I will never lose."
