He had just fallen asleep when his phone rang. He fumbled for the phone on the bedside table and answered it.
"Hello? Who is this?"
"Hey! I'm here to change the locks. I'm right outside room 404, but no one's answering the door after all this knocking?"
"I'm going home now, I'll be there soon, please wait a moment."
"Okay, okay, hurry up, I have another order."
Shen Yizhou hung up the phone and woke He Tiantian up, saying, "The locksmith is here. Go home and sleep some more."
He Tiantian nodded dazedly, got up and followed Shen Yizhou downstairs, where he checked out of the hotel room.
The hotel was right across from the apartment, and it was just a short walk home. He Tiantian had already been woken up by the cold wind.
After stepping out of the elevator, she hurriedly took her keys out of her pajama pocket.
"Sorry I'm late, sir! Let me open the door."
"It's alright, it's alright, there's still time."
The locksmith was very understanding, and the landlady came downstairs when she heard the noise.
"Hey, Xiao He, why did you suddenly change the locks?"
“Madam Landlady, the lock on the door was broken before, so we were planning to replace it.” This was Shen Yizhou’s reply.
"Oh, okay, let's switch. Remember to give me the key if you're not renting it anymore. What happened to your arm?"
The landlady looked at Shen Yizhou's arm and wondered how he had injured it.

The landlady chatted with He Tiantian for a few more minutes before slowly walking downstairs. It was her habit to take the stairs every morning.
The locksmith worked quickly, changing the lock in no time. "Here's the key that came with the lock. Keep it safe."
"Thank you, Master. You've worked hard." Shen Yizhou took out 200 yuan from his pocket and gave it to his master.
After seeing her master off, He Tiantian closed the gate, but still felt uneasy, so she locked it again.
"Go back to sleep for a while, I'll go buy breakfast."
As Shen Yizhou was about to open the door and go downstairs, He Tiantian stopped him, saying, "Don't go out! Let's order takeout."
He thought about it for half a minute and finally agreed to He Tiantian's suggestion.
He Tiantian scrolled through her phone and bought soup dumplings, soy milk, and a bowl of beef brisket noodles.
With only about 3,000 yuan left in her account, she put on a sullen face. Just a few days ago, she was marveling at how much money she had, but this should be enough.
The two took turns going to the toilet to wash up. He Tiantian walked to the refrigerator, took out a bottle of coconut water, and gulped it down.
There was a knock on the door. "Hello, 404 delivery!"
He Tiantian ran to the door. "Just put it on the ground, thank you."
The deliveryman left the food in front of the door and left.
He Tiantian watched the deliveryman walk away through the peephole, and only opened the door to get the takeout five minutes later. Shen Yizhou was sitting at the dining table waiting for her to bring it in.
She quickly opened the door, brought in the takeout, placed it on the table, and the two began to eat. He Tiantian finished eating very quickly.
"Zhouzhou, I'm going to take a nap, I'm so sleepy."

Li Rou's body was originally going to be cremated, but he went to the crematorium, stopped the person there, gave him some money, and took the body away.
The ashes her family received were from the cremation of a stray cat.
The stench of the corpse attracted many flies. Wang Lu was a little angry. He waved the electric mosquito swatter, which had some effect, but there were just too many flies to swat them all.
He went to the living room to get insecticide and sprayed it all over Li Rou's body, causing flies to wobble and fall onto the bed.
