He subconsciously turned his head to look, and when he saw the robotic arms on the other side automatically rotating, picking up some parts and assembling them flexibly, he showed a curious look.
Looking at the light curtains around him and the half-assembled behemoth, he became more and more curious.
This was the first time he had seen such a scene. Although he didn't understand what was happening specifically, he instinctively found it very interesting.
"This is my workshop," Tony explained when he saw him looking around, "In case you don't know, I'm a scientist first."
"I know," Saitama gave a thumbs up and said, "The Iron Man suit is your masterpiece. It's amazing."
If someone else said this, Tony might feel proud, but when Saitama said it, he always felt like the other person was making fun of him.
"It can give ordinary people the power to fight monsters." Saitama added.
Hearing this, Tony realized that this guy was speaking from the heart.
He smiled reservedly and said, "Scientists serve the common people and can only invent such insignificant little things. They can't compare with geniuses like you."
"What is this?" Saitama asked, looking at the huge metal object in front of him.
"Cockpit," Tony said, "Part of a spaceship I'm building."
Seeing that the other party was somewhat interested, he walked forward and gave a brief introduction.
"It's lunch time now, why don't we have a meal first?" Tony asked.
"Ah, okay." Saitama said hesitantly, but he felt strange.
Could it be that he felt that he would have more strength to fight after eating a full meal? This thought occurred to him.
Tony had already asked about his preferences: "So what do you like, Chinese food? Western food? Or rice balls, sashimi or something?"
Saitama almost vomited from eating so much rice ball sashimi.
One of the reasons why he kept coming to the tavern these days was that he was craving for the delicious food there.
"I'll follow your instructions," he said.
Tony stroked his chin and thought for a moment: "In that case, I'll prepare something more sumptuous."
Seeing that Saitama didn't say anything, he laughed in his heart.
Inviting Saitama to help was not a spur-of-the-moment decision.
He had been mulling over this idea early on.
Several circles had formed in the pub unknowingly.
Xiao Yan, Ye Fan, Zhang Xiaofan, Bai Xiaofei and others formed a small circle, and had close relations with the small circle of Sun Wukong, Nezha, Taiyi Zhenren and others.
Although he had a good relationship with the guests in the tavern, the ones he could include in his own small circle were Bruce Arthur and others.
These people are not as strong as him.
He was on good terms with Xiao Yan and the others, but they were just drinking buddies at best, and it would be difficult for them to have a deeper relationship.
Even though he was confident that he could ask these people for help when he encountered problems, as time went by, he could not be sure of the future.
Therefore, he was eager to make friends with the strong men in the tavern.
Saitama is obviously a good candidate.
He took this opportunity to win over the other party.
It doesn’t mean to pull them into your own small circle, but at least make each other true friends.
…
Tony prepared a sumptuous meal.
He also invited many friends to accompany him.
Even Thor, who was in Asgard, was called over by him.
The meal brought everyone closer together.
During this period, Tony sent various supplies.
Saitama found that before he could even put in any effort, the high-level storage ring in his hand was almost filled with all the things Tony had sent him.
The two stood on the roof of Stark Tower.
Tony looked down at the bustling city and said, "There is nothing I can't afford in this city!"
"I have nothing except money." He looked sad and spoke in a dejected tone.
As they were talking, Saitama suddenly said, "The woman you mentioned might be here."
"Where?" Tony wondered.
Seeing Saitama pointing forward, he saw a figure vaguely appearing in the distance.
The man is flying in the air!
After a few breaths, the man flew in front of the two people and landed steadily.
A heroic woman.
"It turns out you didn't completely lie last time!" The woman looked at Tony and smiled.
The smile on Tony's face disappeared, and he said expressionlessly: "Then do you owe me an apology?"
This guy punched him last time, and then he mentioned the tavern and those incredible treasures, intending to trade with her. Unexpectedly, the woman beat him even harder and called him a liar!
"I'm sorry, I just returned to Earth, and my impression of you is still stuck in the past." The woman said without any psychological burden, "But I'm right, you are indeed a playboy and a liar."
"Sorry, sister, your looks won't interest even a playboy." Tony said lightly.
The woman didn't care and said, "I don't care what you said to deceive Nick, but I tried. You are too weak to protect the earth alone. So listen to me, cooperate with him, find some like-minded people, form the Avengers, and protect this world!"
She looked up at the sky and said faintly, "After all, I can't stay here forever."
"I'm telling you, are you mistaken?" Tony was amused by her lonely attitude as if she were a master. "I can't do it, so do you think you can do it?"
The woman nodded: "Haven't you tried it?"
She smiled and said, "I can see that you also love this land, so don't reject me!"
"Sister, are you too arrogant?" Tony crossed his arms and took a step back. "Either you compete with my friend. If you can beat him, I will listen to you and join the Avengers."
The woman turned her attention to Saitama.
Staring at the other person's bald head, her brows slightly frowned.
She knew that the other bald guy was very powerful, but he definitely didn't look like this.
Moreover, she did not sense any familiar energy fluctuations from him.
"If you lose, how about giving some of your blood?" Tony asked.
The woman turned her head to look at him, then turned back to Saitama in front of her.
She nodded noncommittally and said, "Then let me see what other cards you have!"
She clenched her fists and stared at the bald man opposite her.
Saitama saw her expression and clenched his fists.
"What's your name?" the woman asked.
She still wanted to try to find out this guy's identity.
But I don't think another bald guy would make such a boring joke.
"Saitama!" Saitama said.
An unfamiliar name.
The woman shook her head, not thinking any more, and said, "I'm Carol Danvers!"
"Some people also call me Captain Marvel!"
As soon as she finished speaking, she rushed over.
