She remembered that the first time she and Qin Ge went to the city in her previous life, they stayed in a top-floor house.
Sure enough, it’s different again.
Shengxia couldn't explain how she felt. Perhaps it was from the moment she insisted on meeting Qin Ge a year in advance, or perhaps it was from the moment she didn't hand in a blank paper in the college entrance examination, that her fate had begun to slowly deviate from its original track. She quickly made a zipper gesture to tell Qin Ge that she was going to shut up.
Seeing that Qin Ge ignored her, she continued, but this time she whispered in Qin Ge's ear: "You originally wanted to elope with me, and you didn't even dare to tell grandma the truth. This year, there was someone in our village who eloped with a girl."
Qin Ge looked at her helplessly: "Where did you hear these words from?"
Shengxia said embarrassedly that she had nothing to do at home and just listened to those women gossiping.
Shengxia smiled. She had an oval face and looked young, like a fifteen or sixteen-year-old child, moving further and further away from Qingshui.
