Thunder raged, and the sea churned.
The lightning struck the head of the giant sea turtle, producing a deafening roar.
Its enormous, island-like body convulsed violently on the sea surface, creating towering waves.
The electric current of lightning travels along its outer shell, outlining a huge silhouette in the darkness.
The seawater was churned up by its sudden turn, and the waves crashed against its mountain-like back, making a series of booming sounds.
At that moment, the entire sea seemed to boil as this colossal creature trembled.
It opened its eyes, which were as dark as an abyss, burning with rage.
"Damn murlocs!" The giant turtle's voice roared like a tsunami, "You parasites are always causing me trouble!"
The merman leader, still clutching his trident, looked utterly bewildered. "Great Giant Spirit Turtle, this... this was an accident!"
"An accident?" the giant tortoise roared. "You bunch of useless trash, you can't even defeat the enemy yourselves, and you want to drag me down as cannon fodder? Get out! All of you, get out!"
Before the words were finished, the giant tortoise suddenly flipped over.
Its body, covered in a thick shell, churned in the sea, stirring up towering waves.
Countless fishmen were flung into the air, screaming as they fell into the sea.
"Wow! What a spectacle!" Flame Scale stared in disbelief at the scene.
Gu Xi stood on the deck, a smile playing on her lips. "Wouldn't you say this is like lifting a rock only to drop it on your own foot?"
The giant tortoise's movements became increasingly violent; it twisted its body wildly, as if trying to shake off all the parasites on its body.
The fish-men were thrown into the air, drawing graceful parabolas on the sea surface.
"Ah!" "Help!" "It's so high! I'm afraid of heights!" The fishmen's screams rose and fell.
The merfolk chieftain, watching his people being thrown out, cried out in resentment, "My lord! What have we merfolk done wrong!"
"Wrong?" The giant tortoise sneered. "You're ungrateful for letting me stay here, and you're just causing me trouble! Today, I'm going to get rid of all this burden!"
As it spoke, the giant turtle suddenly swung its tail, and the fishman leader finally couldn't hold on and was flung high into the air.
Its trident flew out of its hand, streaking through the air in a silver light, before finally falling into the sea with a "plop".
Flame Scale was thrilled. "Pfft! This is truly satisfying!"
Gu Xi narrowed his eyes, seemingly lost in thought: "It seems our opportunity has arrived."
Gu Xi sent the fish on the boat into the water, determined to find the trident before the fish-man leader, while she waited for her chance.
The giant waves on the sea gradually calmed down, and the fish-men struggled in the water, emitting faint cries of agony.
The massive body of the deep-sea giant turtle continued to rise and fall on the surface of the sea, its rage seemingly not yet subsided.
Gu Xi stepped on the spikes, intending to walk towards the giant turtle, when Ai Si suddenly blocked her way and gently shook her head.
"Plop~" he said softly, "Let me go first."
Gu Xi looked at him with a puzzled expression, and Ai Si continued to explain, "The Deep Sea Giant Turtle is an SSS-level existence, just like me. Creatures at our level all have some... special temperaments."
He paused, seemingly choosing his words carefully, "To put it simply, SSS-level creatures, whether deep-sea creatures or sea beasts, don't really look down on lower-level creatures. It's more appropriate for me to communicate with it first."
Gu Xi nodded thoughtfully and took a step back.
Ais turned to face the giant turtle, a flash of icy blue light passing through her eyes.
After a moment, Ai Si said to Gu Xi, "I have established a mental connection with the deep-sea giant turtle. It is willing to listen to us for a few words."
After speaking, Aismai walked towards the giant turtle, her ice-blue hair dancing in the sea breeze.
Gu Xi followed behind him, secretly pondering her next conversation strategy.
Gu Xi replied calmly, "I have brought a proposal that might interest you."
"Hmph," the giant tortoise sneered, "A mere suggestion from the deep-sea human race? It's nothing but the babbling of ants."
