"Lord Malone is right." The Illusion Jellyfish, as if grasping at a straw, immediately echoed, "Leaving aside the events of the Tar era, there is another matter concerning the Deep Sea Humans. Shouldn't you give us an explanation? As a Deep Sea race, why did you build islands?"
It then shifted its focus to the island.
"Everyone knows that the island's sunrise and sunset are uncontrollable. What means did you use to obtain a place to settle down?"
Sun Yiming sneered inwardly; these guys really weren't giving up. Just as he was about to speak, Gu Xi gently raised her hand, signaling him to calm down.
Gu Xi looked calmly at the deep-sea dragon and the jellyfish, his voice still steady.
"Based on your own abilities! Just because you're not capable doesn't mean I am!"
She paused slightly, her tone carrying an undeniable confidence, "Are you jealous? Our island is there; guests are welcome, and enemies are welcome too!"
"Nonsense!" the blackfin shark interjected. "Your island is so conspicuous, attracting the covetous eyes of other deep-sea creatures. What if a fight breaks out and we get caught in the crossfire? Who will take responsibility?"
"Take responsibility?" Yan Lin's tone remained fiery. "If you can't control your own men, or if you have malicious intentions and come to our doorstep to cause trouble, and then you lose the fight, you expect us to take responsibility? There's no such logic in the world! If you ask me, whoever acted impulsively should take responsibility!"
Flamescale's easily understood "twisted logic" actually made some neutral deep-sea representatives smile slightly.
Indeed, if it is truly someone else who provokes you, then the responsibility naturally lies with the provocateur.
Gu Xi chuckled and said, "In the ocean, if you're not strong enough, who can you change? If you feel it's dangerous and you're afraid of being affected, then you should move."
These words sound arrogant, but apart from the troublemaking deep-sea creatures, no deep-sea creature thought the logic was wrong.
Even without the help of the SSS-rank sea monster named Ais, the fact that the deep-sea human race could acquire SS-rank mental power in such a short time on their own shows that they are not to be trifled with.
The ocean values strength above all else and never forms factions.
"Alright! Stop being so annoying!" Tidal Dragon snorted impatiently at the conflict-makers. "Let's stick to the facts. Even if the Deep Sea Humans' island construction is in the way, it has nothing to do with other Deep Sea races. If you want to cause trouble, go find someone else. Don't waste everyone's time here."
Sun Yiming was overjoyed and quickly bowed in a human-like gesture of respect towards the Tidal Sea Dragon.
"Lord Tide Dragon is right!"
Just as the jellyfish and the others were about to say something, the Fiery Whale, showing a hint of impatience, suddenly flicked its huge tail fin, stirring up a stream of scorching water.
"All this arguing about is just the same old thing! They want to build an island, you're not happy about it, you're afraid they'll seize your territory or become too big and threaten you in the future. Humph, a bunch of useless idiots!"
"In my opinion, let them build! The deep sea is so vast, can't it accommodate a small group like them? As for whether they become dragons or insects, enemies or friends, that depends on their abilities! Whoever has the ability will be able to gain a foothold in this sea. Those who don't deserve to be swallowed up!"
“You rascal… but your words may be rough, but the reasoning is sound,” the deep-sea giant turtle said slowly.
Hearing the final verdicts of several SSS-level individuals, Gu Xi, Sun Yiming, and Luo Lin were all delighted.
As long as the SSS-rank doesn't object, the rest is no problem. (This chapter has been read. Please click to continue reading the next chapter!)
