At dawn, a ray of light fell upon the capital, and the red sun gradually peeked out.
Aurelion was waiting for Victor in front of the Clevina mansion long ago, with a small army of guards standing behind her.
Clad in cold armor and wielding heavy blades, a strange shield stood before each of them, its length seemingly making it inconvenient to carry.
They received the emperor's order early in the morning and were assigned to protect Aurelion.
The royal family members were naturally not to be neglected, and the maid hurriedly ran towards the mansion.
"Your Highness, I will go and inform the head of the family immediately."
"Need not."
"There's no reason for a student to wait for a teacher to visit them. I'll just go in and find the teacher myself."
Aurelion suddenly spoke to her, and the maid, who was about to leave, stopped in her tracks upon hearing this.
Although somewhat hesitant, the maid reluctantly opened the mansion gate, knowing the royal family's prestigious status was too great.
Aurelion glanced at the guard beside her and said:
“Celia.”
"exist."
"If you want to come in with me, then you must not be rude to the teacher like you were last time."
Celia nodded and answered "Yes".
The two walked into Clevina's mansion, one after the other, and went through the gate.
“Your Highness, at this time, Mr. Victor should be reading in his study.”
Aurelion nodded and, led by the maid, went to Victor's study.
She had just climbed to the second floor, full of anticipation, and was still thinking about how to greet her teacher when she saw Viktor.
But what she saw in front of the study door left her dumbfounded.
A girl stood in front of Viktor.
Although her large robes concealed some of her charm, it was still clear that she was very beautiful and possessed a natural air of vulnerability.
Who is that?
The next second, her eyes suddenly widened.
The girl watched as Viktor reached out a hand and patted her head, as if expecting something.
She looked incredibly satisfied, chuckling foolishly, then, as if realizing what she had done, blushed and hurriedly bowed to Viktor.
"Thank you, Professor! I'm off to work now!"
Then he hurriedly ran towards the stairwell.
When he ran to Aurelion's side, he stumbled slightly and almost fell. When he saw Aurelion, he politely bowed slightly to her.
Aurelion froze slightly, even forgetting to return the courtesy.
When she turned to look at her again, the person had already jogged downstairs and left.
"Aurelian".
A cold, emotionless voice came from Viktor's direction. Aurelion reacted and instinctively looked at Viktor.
"Teacher...
Viktor glanced at her indifferently from the study doorway before stepping back into the study.
The door wasn't closed, and Aurelian knew that meant she was being allowed inside.
Aurelion walked over somewhat timidly.
After entering the study, Celia closed the door for Aurelian.
Victor sat in a chair, while the crows on the table were leisurely dozing off.
Aurelion stood before Victor, feeling somewhat uneasy.
She thought that Viktor was a little angry because of her uninvited arrival, but it didn't seem to be the case.
After she came in, Victor basically did nothing.
He held the book in his hand, occasionally turning a page, seemingly quite engrossed in reading it.
As if he had thought of something, Victor didn't even look up, but simply stretched out one hand.
The chair spawned right behind Aurelion.
"sit."
A single word, concise yet powerful, carries an irresistible sense of command.
Aurelion put her hands behind her back, her icy fingers trailing forward along the long hem of her skirt, gracefully settling into a chair like a noble white swan tucking off its feathers.
Aurelion had been wanting to ask something, like about the girl she'd just seen today, but before she could even speak, a book fell from the sky.
Aurelion quickly took it; the book had no cover and no signature.
But it was very thick, and Aurelion opened it with curiosity.
It contains records of the various types of monsters, their habits, weaknesses, and so on.
What shocked Aurelion the most was that some of the monsters she had already encountered were recorded in more detail than those in the books, even down to the monsters' attack habits and the intervals between them!
Aurelion was very attentive to Victor's lessons. After the battle the day before yesterday, she began to want to learn about wild monsters so that she could 'die' less often in future lessons and make things easier for her teacher.
So, she spent a lot of time in the library yesterday, just to learn more about those monsters.
As the royal library, its books and illustrations naturally contain a large number of monsters.
But now that Aurelion has read the notes Victor gave her, she realizes that those notes contain far less information than what is recorded in this notebook.
This notebook can be considered an 'encyclopedia'!
Aurelion was very puzzled.
Could this have been prepared especially for her by the teacher?
"Remember to read it carefully and write it down; it will be helpful later."
Viktor's voice trailed off, and then not another word came through.
He then quietly resumed reading.
Seeing this, Aurelion also sat down quietly.
She flipped through her notebook, and after only a couple of glances, she became quite engrossed.
