Gong Yi had truly thought it through; he couldn't educate his child this way.
Although he longed to be a very, very great father, to build a very, very strong fortress for his children.
But no armor in this world is as strong as oneself, so why does Hua Mi particularly love going to public toilets?
Their whole family went to the public toilet.
Hua Mi looked at Gong Yi with exaggerated expression and asked:
"Are you serious? You're taking your daughter and son out with you?"
Gong Yi nodded with a resolute look in his eyes.
"Both children must be taken out; neither can be left behind."
"I'm going to start early education now."
Hua Mi always seemed much calmer than Gong Yi when it came to her two children.
She raises her children in a free-range manner, letting them grow into whatever kind of person they are, leaving the rest to their own destiny.
But Gong Yi was different. Gong Yi was extremely anxious. He seemed to have already seen many years into the future.
What's truly good for children isn't protecting them, but giving them the ability to protect themselves.
Hua Mi scratched her hair and said with a helpless expression,
"But aren't you the commander of Xiangcheng?"
"What will happen to the northern part of the Xiangcheng base after you leave?"
Gong Yi glanced at her sideways.
"Isn't this already a diamond wall?"
"What's there to be afraid of if Boss Bao can erect a diamond wall overnight?"
"Why would I need my mental powers to rebuild all the walls of the Xiangcheng base, making him do something completely unrelated to my expertise?"
To be honest, using Gong Yi's mental power to repair city walls is a real waste.
After thinking about it, Hua Mi realized that Gong Yi was right.
"Okay, fine, let's leave it at that."
"Let's go, let's set off, bring some toilet paper, our whole family is going to the public restroom."
Lin Zhigang, who had been in the small safe zone for several days, finally saw Hua Mi return.
But this time, he saw Gong Yi following behind Hua Mi, suddenly appearing and pushing a twin stroller.
Lin Zhigang stared wide-eyed in surprise.
He pointed at Gong Yi and asked Hua Mi,
"Commander Gong came out too, but why did he bring the two children with him? It's too dangerous outside."
Hua Mi waved her hand.
"Your Commander Gong said that from now on, his two children will receive early education."
"So let's not worry about all that and just fight our way out normally."
After speaking, Hua Mi looked at the small safe zone that Lin Zhigang had created, although the zone was dimly lit and cramped.
However, Lin Zhigang filled all the loopholes that could be patched up with the power grid.
The power grid was also set up very well by Lin Zhigang. In fact, compared to most professional technicians who set up power grids, Lin Zhigang's power grid was more perfect and his work was more meticulous.
Hua Mi couldn't help but admire Dr. Lin.
"You're applying the standards you use to perform surgery to set up this power grid."
Lin Zhigang's face flushed red, and he raised a hand to scratch his hair, his expression even showing a hint of shyness.
“There’s nothing I can do, but I’m thinking about what you told me before, leaving a safe zone here might save a lot of survivors trapped in the zombie horde.”
"Whenever I think about this, I want to make the power grid in the safety zone even more secure."
This is the same principle as a doctor saving lives.
Doctors are also there to save lives, but Lin Zhigang is currently in the zombie horde and has not encountered any injured people.
But what he is doing now will save many people in the future.
So he decided to do this matter in a more meticulous way.
Hua Mi looked at Lin Zhigang carefully. She didn't say anything, but pointed to Gong Yi pushing the stroller behind her and said...
"We've found a great helper here, which will make our journey to City E much faster."
"If you think that creating a small safe zone can save lives, you can develop that direction specifically after you've finished your work."
As he spoke, Gong Yi stepped forward with a stern face, placed his brother into Hua Mi's arms, and then carefully held his sister as if she were a block of tofu.
"That's enough, all the zombies outside have been cleared out."
After saying that, he hugged his sister, turned on the electric fence, and walked out of the small safe zone.
Hua Mi winked at Lin Zhigang, "See? I told you, she found a great helper this time, a real expert."
The big boss made his way towards City E. As night fell, Lin Zhigang, at Hua Mi's behest, made another call to Chen Hu.
He told Chen Hu that the plan could be brought forward, and that they would be able to reach the outskirts of Xiangcheng and enter the territory of Echeng in just one month.
Chen Hu asked, somewhat surprised, on the other end of the phone:
"What happened? Didn't you say it would take at least half a year? How come it's only a month now?"
Lin Zhigang looked at Hua Mi.
Hua Mi mouthed the words to Lin Zhigang.
So Lin Zhigang understood and said to Chen Hu,
"I hitched a ride with two very skilled survivors, and they brought me out of the Xiangcheng base directly."
"So the plan can be brought forward, and I don't want my father to continue to suffer in your hands."
Chen Hu chuckled on the other end of the phone.
"Don't worry, your father is still alive and well except for losing his tongue."
“In this world, some things can be said and some things cannot be said. I think it’s fine that your father lost his tongue.”
