They all looked exhausted. Having finally found a place to rest, Hu Yanxiang kicked Qu Yimin.
"Go ahead and see if there are any zombies."
Qu Yimin lowered her head, her face and body covered in scars.
She dared not disobey Hu Yanxiang's orders, so she got up shakily and left the group to scout ahead.
Beside Hu Yanxiang, a man lowered his voice and asked:
"Brother Xiang, didn't you say you were going to take Qu Yimin back to the E City base and make her the second-in-command there?"
"What if she goes out to scout ahead now and dies there?"
Hu Yanxiang looked at the man who said this with some resentment.

Hu Yanxiang was incredibly unlucky; he had no idea what kind of bad luck he had been experiencing lately.
His original plan was to make Qu Yimin his own, tame her, and then take her back to the E City base.
He was going to be Qu Shiheng's brother-in-law.
However, the plan was only half successful, as Qu Yimin has become very obedient in front of him.
If Hu Yanxiang were to bring Qu Yimin back to the E City base in this state, Qu Shiheng would likely accept it, but he would have no choice but to.
However, just as he and his brothers were heading towards the E City base with Qu Yimin, they were caught in a zombie horde.

This captain was skilled and capable, leading a very elite squad on his own. There was also a woman in this squad, who was delicate-looking and had an innocent and naive appearance.
Perhaps sensing Hu Yanxiang's scrutiny, the captain in camouflage turned around and glanced at Hu Yanxiang.
Hu Yanxiang immediately smiled and asked the captain,
"Why isn't Captain Zhao going to E City Base? I heard that E City Base has been developing very well recently, and many survivors are heading there."
Tonight I'm taking my little sheep to the city for a stroll, hehe.
