"Catch Zhou Xiaoran?" Huang Lin almost bit his tongue, thinking he had misheard because of tinnitus from working overtime all night.
“Yes, call the police now,” Gu Qingyan said calmly.
"Mr. Gu, what reason should we use to call the police?" Huang Lin was a little uneasy, really not knowing how to complete this task.
"They said she stole 8 million yuan worth of gold from the Gu family, and sent the police to search her house. It was in her suitcase in her bedroom," Gu Qingyan said calmly.
"Mr. Gu, this gold, was it bought by the young mistress? Miss Zhou is the young mistress's best friend, isn't the gold something the young mistress kept at her house?"
Huang Lin was stunned. He had heard about Shen Zhi Qiu's crazy shopping spree that night, and Zhang Ma had gossiped that when Shen Zhi Qiu ran away from home, she didn't even take many clothes with her, only the gold.

Gu Qingyan pushed open the door to the ward and went inside.

Xu Qingchuan was convinced that Lin Su was just being a simp and that Xiao Wanqing was rejecting him, but now, looking at Xiao Wanqing's reaction, a bad feeling was rising in his heart.
Xiao Wanqing lowered her eyes, feeling guilty and not daring to look at them.
Gu Qingyan roughly understood what was going on. He straightened his slightly wrinkled shirt and asked casually, "The doctor said the baby is exactly two months old. Whose is it?"
"Damn it! Xiao Wanqing, you bitch!" Upon hearing Gu Qingyan's words, Xu Qingchuan suddenly tried to stand up. Gu Qingyan's words confirmed that he had been cuckolded. He had been busy with his family business for a while and Xiao Wanqing had gone on a trip with her friends, so they hadn't seen each other for at least three months.

He wanted to surprise her, which is why he hadn't told her beforehand. Little did he know, he would run into Lin Su, and what a dramatic and unbelievable story would unfold behind it all.
Hearing the curses, Gu Qingyan pursed his lips into a straight line and glanced at him with his dark eyes. The security guard behind him immediately grabbed Xu Qingchuan's shoulder tightly, and Xu Qingchuan screamed in pain.
"Qingyan." Xiao Wanqing felt a pang of pity and called out softly to Gu Qingyan.
With just a glance from Gu Qingyan, the security guard released his grip.
Taking advantage of the moment when the security guard loosened his grip, Xu Qingchuan suddenly rushed towards Xiao Wanqing.
Before anyone could react, Xu Qingchuan kicked Xiao Wanqing in the stomach with all his might. One or two kicks later, Xiao Wanqing screamed and collapsed, clutching her stomach.
Gu Qingyan was the first to react, rushing over to pull Xu Qingchuan away and bending down to pick up Xiao Wanqing. But Xu Qingchuan's anger hadn't subsided; he raised his foot to kick Xiao Wanqing. Gu Qingyan didn't have time to dodge, so he braced his right hand on the edge of the bed, shielding Xiao Wanqing beneath him, and took the full force of Xu Qingchuan's kick.
The two bodyguards then each grabbed one of Xu Qingchuan's hands and restrained him.
"Wanqing! Wanqing!" Lin Su was being held down by another bodyguard, and she cried out Xiao Wanqing's name with all her might.
Gu Qingyan picked up Xiao Wanqing, who had fallen into a coma, and glanced sharply at Xu Qingchuan on the ground. His whole being was filled with sinister killing intent. He coldly uttered a few words: "Break his legs."
The voice was extremely cold, sending chills down one's spine.
He quickly carried Xiao Wanqing out, then glanced at Zhang Ma, who was already terrified, and shouted, "Zhang Ma, what are you standing there for? Call the doctor!"
Zhang Ma then hurriedly pressed the call button.
Gu Qingyan carried Xiao Wanqing directly to the next ward and gently placed her on the bed. He suddenly felt a warmth in his palm. Looking down, he saw that his sleeve was stained with blood. Xiao Wanqing was lying on the bed, her face pale and her brows furrowed in pain.
