"What if I insist on coming?!" Gu Qingyan frowned, her eyes filled with hatred. "I am determined to find Wanqing!"

Gu Ningning was escorted by bodyguards, stumbling into the room. Her appearance broke the tense and heavy atmosphere. A mocking smile played on her lips, her eyes filled with disdain and ridicule for Gu Qingyan.
"Gu Qingyan, you really are disgusting!" she laughed loudly, her voice sharp and grating. "That vicious woman Xiao Wanqing is about to blow us both up, and you're still putting on a sentimental act here. You're really out of your mind."
Upon hearing this, Gu Qingyan's face instantly turned bright red. He glared at Gu Ningning, his eyes blazing with anger. "Shut up!" he roared. "It's not your place to speak here!"
Mu Ziqi and Gu Suian exchanged a glance, both seeing deep helplessness and disappointment in each other's eyes.
"Ningning, please stop talking," Mu Ziqi advised, her voice revealing weariness and helplessness.
Gu Ningning, however, seemed not to have heard Mu Ziqi's words and continued to mock, "Oh, you've come too." As she spoke, she glanced disdainfully at Gu Suian and Mu Ziqi, her tone full of sarcasm and provocation, "You really have a fine son! A truly despicable son!"
Rong Mo stood quietly to the side, his eyes deep and cold, like two icy lakes. He watched Gu Ningning's performance as if watching an absurd drama. He didn't speak, but merely glanced at the bodyguard and gave him a meaningful look.
Without hesitation, the bodyguard slapped Gu Ningning to the ground. A look of pain and shock instantly flashed across her face as she covered her face and groaned in agony.
"Who do you think you are, daring to hit me?!" Her eyes widened as she stared incredulously at the bodyguard who had just slapped her. "I'm going back to Nancheng, and I'll definitely send someone to take your dog's life!"
"I thought a slap would teach you a lesson, showing you what to say and what not to say. It seems Miss Gu really can't recognize her place." Rong Mo glanced at her indifferently, his face cold.
"I'll kill you!" Gu Ningning said, glancing at the fruit knife on the bedside table. She jumped up and tried to grab the knife.
The next second, the bodyguard stepped forward, kicked her into a corner, then held the fruit knife in his hand and walked step by step toward Gu Ningning.
"What, what are you doing?!" Gu Ningning screamed in pain, but still couldn't help but shrink back when she saw the knife in the bodyguard's hand. "Don't come any closer!"
Seeing that the bodyguards showed no sign of stopping, Gu Ningning shouted, "Uncle and Aunt, save me! Rong Mo is going to kill me to silence me! Help!"
Mu Ziqi and Gu Suian were utterly disappointed in Gu Ningning. They knew Rong Mo's character well and knew that he only wanted to teach Gu Ningning a lesson, so they remained silent and simply watched.
After the bodyguard walked up to Gu Ningning, he put away the knife, then took out a rope from his coat and tied Gu Ningning up. "Miss Gu, you deserve to be tied up. If you had behaved yourself, we could have sent you back safely, but since you've acted this way, then tie you up and take you back. Don't worry, I absolutely won't untie you on the way."
Gu Ningning struggled desperately, kicking wildly. The bodyguard was kicked several times, and he tightened the rope. Gu Ningning cried out in pain, "You bastard, you just wait! When I get back, I'll see how I deal with you!"
As she spoke, she continued to kick and shove. The bodyguard, his face cold, raised his hand and slapped her twice. Gu Ningning's face immediately swelled up, and blood trickled from the corner of her mouth. "You, you..."
"Miss Gu, you might be talking too much." After saying that, the bodyguard went straight into the restroom, picked up the towel that the cleaner was draping over the water pipe, and walked towards Gu Ningning.
"What are you doing?!" Gu Ningning desperately backed away. "Don't come any closer!"
But the bodyguard didn't say a word, just kept a straight face and unceremoniously stuffed the towel into her mouth. "Okay, now be quiet."
Not a single person present spoke up for Gu Ningning.
Gu Ningning shed tears of grievance, but she couldn't cry out loud and could only turn her head away helplessly.
"Serves you right!" Gu Qingyan glanced at her, his eyes devoid of any pity. "Serves you right for talking about Wanqing like that! You're so smug now!"
Upon hearing this, Mu Ziqi was furious. She stepped forward, grabbed Gu Qingyan's shoulder, and slapped him across the face.
"Gu Qingyan, I see you're still unrepentant! This time when you return to Nancheng, I don't think you'll need to leave the house. You'd better stay home and reflect on your actions!"
"I said I'm not leaving! I must see Wanqing!" Gu Qingyan shouted defiantly, heartbroken. "If I hadn't wronged Wanqing and hadn't realized my own heart sooner, Wanqing wouldn't have come to this point. She wouldn't have been bullied like this, and they even killed her!"
"My Wanqing!" Gu Qingyan cried out in anguish.
"Mr. Rong, the sedatives are ready."
Suddenly, a doctor in a white coat walked in through the door.
"Okay." Rong Mo nodded and said calmly, "Then let's get it done quickly, just in case anything happens on the way."
"You're going to give me a shot?!" Gu Qingyan roared angrily. Seeing Mu Ziqi and Gu Suian's tacit approval, he shouted angrily, "Dad, Mom, are you just going to watch him treat me like this?!"
“It was my idea.” Mu Ziqi’s voice was very firm. “Qingyan, you are so wrong. You still haven’t realized your mistake. So don’t blame your parents for being ruthless to you.”
"Ha!" Gu Qingyan clutched his head in anguish. "Why did you all gang up on me?! You've already killed my Wanqing, and now you want to hurt me too? Are you even human?!"
"Let's get started!" Mu Ziqi urged, unable to bear it any longer.
With a single glance from Rong Mo, four bodyguards stepped forward and pinned Gu Qingyan to the ground, thwarting her struggles.
Feeling a sharp pain, Gu Qingyan's heart sank completely. He glared at Rong Mo with resentment and said, word by word, "Rong Mo, I will never let you go. I will make you pay for Wanqing's life!"
"I'll be waiting," Rong Mo said calmly, looking at Gu Qingyan.
"Don't be so smug. I know your weakness is Shen Zhi Qiu. Since you were the ones who acted unjustly first, don't blame me for what I'm about to do," Gu Qingyan said viciously.
