Chapter 371 - 370: Song Zhan and Ning Xuan go to Song Yue’s place for tutoring on the weekend_1

...

Time quickly reached the weekend.

Having agreed on the time and place, Song Zhan and Ning Xuan each carried a bag of books and arrived at Song Yue’s residence.

As soon as Ning Xuan saw the mansion from a distance, she was too stunned to say anything. Let alone when she actually entered the villa and looked around in curiosity.

As Song Yue resided in this place frequently, the purely European interior design featured clever and outstanding details from the front steps to the adornments of the first floor hall, including the furniture and surrounding greenery, all exhibited meticulous consideration.

It was understated yet incredibly luxurious, just like him.

When Song Yue came downstairs, he was greeted by the sight of his younger brother leading a flabbergasted woman sitting in the living room.

On seeing that he had appeared, the woman tried to regain her composure, closing her slightly open mouth, and left her eyes wide open.

It looked even weirder now.

"Brother."

Song Zhan greeted him.

Ning Xuan paid attention to Song Yue even before he did. She saw that their boss had shed his formal office attire in favor of casual sportswear, looking much younger and more approachable.

"Good morning, Mr. Song." Ning Xuan followed up with a greeting. Now that she had resigned to go back to school, they were no longer in a boss-subordinate relationship, so she changed her way of addressing him.

But in her heart, Ning Xuan had long acknowledged him as a wealthy yet somewhat frail boss.

"Hmm."

Right now, Song Yue felt as though they had come to "collect debts".

Both of them teaming up to collect debts.

After looking at them for a few minutes, he averted his gaze.

Out of habit, Song Yue greeted: "Have you had breakfast?"

"We’ve eaten."

"We’ve eaten."

"That’s good, bring your books and follow me to the study on the upper floor." Song Yue stood still on the stairs, leaning against the railing, and after giving instructions, he went upstairs first.

Song Zhan and Ning Xuan hurriedly followed him from behind.

Once they reached the second floor, they first passed through a long corridor.

While Song Zhan had been to Song Yue’s residence many times, it was Ning Xuan’s first visit. As she walked on the smooth tile floor, she kept looking around, walking past the minimalist lights intermittently placed along the hallway, passing by several guest rooms, a billiard room, a balcony, and then reaching Song Yue’s study in the quietest corner.

The door creaked open, with Song Yue entering first followed by the other two.

After being stunned by wealth, Ning Xuan was now being stunned by knowledge. To her surprise, the walls of Song Yue’s study were lined with bookcases, giving the entire room a sense of gravity that was indescribable.

Beyond the full set of office equipment, there was also a desk in the room with a stack of fresh draft paper already placed on it.

Song Yue took his seat, with a laptop placed on a nearby table, and then gestured towards the seats on both sides of him.

Ning Xuan and Song Zhan sat down, one to his left and the other to his right, taking out their books, papers, and pens from their bags.

Once they were prepared, Song Yue placed his interlaced fingers on the table, and briefly analyzed their situation.

"I found out in advance that in your mid-term examinations, your usual grades account for 50%, and exam scores also account for 50%. With this proportion, one of you got 53 and the other 49."

"It’s fair to say neither of you have any clue about this subject."
