When Yu Ting went out to take care of that matter, she had informed the program crew in advance, and didn’t take the cameraman with her.
After eating out with Lu Nanchen, she returned in the afternoon. It was past one o’clock when she finally settled back before the camera to continue recording the show.
On the second episode of "We are in Love 2", because the first day’s activities lasted until after ten o’clock at night, no activities were arranged for the eight guests the next day. After Yu Ting and Lu Nanchen returned, they went to rest.
Because of the early morning, Yu Ting returned home after eating, gave herself a quick wash and then went to bed. She quickly fell into a deep afternoon nap and didn’t wake up until around five in the evening.
When she woke up, it was almost dusk. The slightly strong sunlight shone into her eyes, and Yu Ting squinted her eyes, took half a minute to adjust to the light, and then opened her eyes. She saw Lu Nanchen sitting next to her on the bed, leaning on the bed as he read a book about prenatal care. Under the glow of the light, his eyelashes looked long and his dark eyes sparkled. His side profile was strikingly handsome.
The dim light fell on his Adam’s apple, adding a hint of charm.
Lu Nanchen had been reading the book while resting after finishing house chores.
Noticing movement beside him, Lu Nanchen quickly put the book aside and turned his gaze to Yu Ting. Lowering his upper body slightly to shield her from the light, he softly said, "You’re awake."
Feeling a bit sleep-drunk, she made a small noise in reply but didn’t move, still curled up in bed.
After lying there for a minute or so, Yu Ting’s restless hand reached out for Lu Nanchen, running over his stomach and abs.
Permitting her touch, Lu Nanchen responded, "What do you want for dinner?"
"Anything is fine. I’m not that hungry," Yu Ting answered honestly.
"Alright, I’ll go prepare in a while."
"Okay," Yu Ting quickly replied.
Probably because of walking for four hours yesterday and getting up early to run errands, Yu Ting felt a bit sore as she lay in bed.
"My legs are a bit sore," she added, lying in the soft white comfort of the bed. 𝗳𝚛𝗲𝕖𝕨𝕖𝗯𝚗𝚘𝕧𝕖𝗹.𝗰𝗼𝕞
Lu Nanchen paused, sitting up a little to look in the direction of Yu Ting’s legs under the quilt.
"It must be because we’ve been busy since last night," he said.
"Which leg feels sore? Or are both of them sore? Your thighs or calves?" he asked.
Moving from the head to the middle of the bed, he pulled back a portion of the quilt.
"Both my calves are sore," she answered.
As soon as Lu Nanchen heard this, he prepared to help massage her legs. His hands, from years of holding pens, blackboards, and doing housework, had small calluses. They were slender, but didn’t feel particularly soft.
These rough hands were now gently kneading her soft, white calves, with an earnest look in his eyes.
Following the advice on the book and video, Lu Nanchen began to massage Yu Ting.
"Let me know if it hurts," he ordered.

After massaging for a while, he asked, "Do you feel better?"
"It’s quite comfortable," she replied.
"Then I’ll continue massaging a bit more before I go prepare dinner," he offered.
"Sure," she agreed.

The massage session was long and quiet.
