"So, is this what you’re going to do to me?"

Shen Ruchu then asked.
Like most companies, Southwest Entertainment adopts a policy where the executive president is the person who holds the highest shares.
Now that Yu Ting is doing this, she could rightfully take the seat of Executive President of Southwest Entertainment without any objections.
"Pretty much." Yu Ting answered casually, before looking at Shen Ruchu with a somewhat wanton smile.
"And even if I arbitrarily wanted to tamper with you."
"What could you possibly do to me?"
The audacity of this statement nearly sent Shen Ruchu into a fit of rage. Witnessing the woman’s arrogance, Shen Ruchu was so vexed that her fingers were digging into her palms.
"This is all your own fault."
"Rather than blaming everyone else, you should be reflecting on yourself."
With the height advantage, Yu Ting stated this and then checked her watch, before leaving the room feeling satisfied.
She then returned to the conference room.
Shen Ruchu quickly followed.
Since both of them reentered the conference room, the gazes of the shareholders had never left them. Whisperings about Shen Ruchu were full of disapproval and disappointment.
Yu Ting also took the initiative to seat herself in the highest position, showing off her status.
The wall clock pointed to 8, leaving no time for Shen Ruchu to express her grievances.
Shen Ruchu glared at Yu Ting a few times before sitting in the seat closest to Yu Ting.
She wanted to see what tricks Yu Ting was going to play.
Yu Ting ignored Shen Ruchu’s accusing glare. Seeing everyone had arrived, she began, "This is the first time I’m meeting everyone in person, but I’m pretty sure you’re familiar with me."
"Since VG Entertainment was established in October of last year, you must be aware of all the exciting developments we’ve had. From initial losses to increasing profits, VG Entertainment has been rapidly steering towards success. Our reputation is gaining traction, and we are becoming more well-known."
"Furthermore, we’ve expanded our resources rather quickly. I don’t know if you’re aware or not, but VG Entertainment recently secured a lucrative long-term contract with 90% of the profits with Ousheng Electron Entertainment."
Yu Ting was seated at the head of the table and spoke more clearly into the microphone, her words reaching every person in the room.
Upon hearing this news, the people were taken aback. If it’s just a long-term collaboration with Ousheng Electron Entertainment, that’s impressive in itself, but securing 90% of the profits is quite extraordinary. The whispers among the crowd increased.
Every word sounded like a stab to Shen Ruchu’s heart. Her expression hardened, finding herself unable to speak.
"Although there’s still a long way to go for VG Entertainment according to objective evaluation, the future is very promising,"
"Enough! Nobody is interested in VG Entertainment."
Shen Ruchu interjected angrily after listening for a while.
Her words were met with a roll of Yu Ting’s eyes. Yu Ting cleared her throat and diverted the topic, "Well, I’ve been talking about VG Entertainment as an example to show everyone here,"
"With the success story of VG, undoubtedly, I have the capability to lead."
She said, sitting in the highest seat, her eyes sweeping across everyone. Her lips moved, occasionally brushing against her loose strands of hair.
"After so much talk, let me formally introduce myself."
"Hello shareholders of Southwest Entertainment, I am the CEO of VG Entertainment, Yu Ting. The ’Yu’ as in ’Yu Meiren’, and ’Ting’ as in ’Wei Ming Shi Ting’."
"I also hold the majority shares in Southwest Entertainment. Introducing the new Executive President of Southwest Entertainment, me, Yu Ting."
