After the recording of "Our Little Home" was completed, the editor looked at the materials of Jiang Ling and Zhou Jing'an but felt a little reluctant to start.
"Director, how do you want to edit it? Should we follow the previous style?"
This season's featured couples are all relatively young actors and stars, and the style is cheerful and humorous, with interesting editing and lively music. No one expected that Jiang Ling and her husband, who are clearly relatively young, would have such an old-married style, which is very bland compared to the other couples. How should this be edited?
The director pondered for a moment, recalling the scene when the two of them participated in a variety show to promote the movie some time ago. He and his team invited them because they had a unique atmosphere and style. Just like what the fans said, watching the two of them would gradually calm down.
He figured it out: he could edit it the way his fans liked it.
"Don't follow the previous ones. Keep it in a pastoral style. Just keep it plain and simple. No need to overdo it." The director said, "This episode can be treated as a special. It's okay if the style is different."
The editor understood and started working.
This program is already being broadcast, but it will take until the end of July for Jiang Ling and others to be broadcast.
As the popularity of the movie gradually faded, the popularity of the two also decreased, and now they can start recruiting students and teaching.
This store cannot rely on Zhou Jing'an alone. Although Jiang Ling can come to help, Zhou Jing'an does not want to delay her work because of his own affairs. He can see that Jiang Ling likes this job very much, so he needs to hire another helper.
Jiang Ling wanted to help him post the recruitment information online, but he said he already had a candidate.
A few days later, Hu Biao stood at the door of the villa carrying a lot of luggage and grinned at Jiang Ling, "Sister-in-law."
Jiang Ling was stunned, responded with a smile, and hurried forward to help with the luggage, but Zhou Jing'an snatched it away.
Hu Biao hurriedly said, "Sister-in-law, we don't need you. Go and rest."
The two of them quickly moved the luggage to the guest room on the second floor. Hu Biao would stay here for a few days.
While Hu Biao was packing his luggage, Zhou Jing'an took Jiang Ling downstairs to prepare dinner and explained the whole story to her.
When filming with Director Qi, Hu Biao was in the crew next door. After meeting him by chance, he pestered Zhou Jingan to add his contact information and come to see him when he was free.
Later, when the filming was almost finished, Director Qi asked Zhou Jing'an if he wanted to go with him to the next group to continue filming the TV series. It would take longer, half a year, but the pay would be higher.
Zhou Jing'an refused, saying that he wanted to start his own class. Director Qi did not try to persuade him any further, but only said that they could work together again if there was a chance in the future.
Hu Biao found out about this. His contract with the original company was about to expire, and he didn't want to renew it, so he ran to find him and said he wanted to work with him.
Zhou Jing'an looked at him for a long time, until his back straightened up and his eyes sparkled with expectation.
"The treatment here is not as good as your previous one, and there is no guarantee of a future for you. You'd better think it over carefully." Zhou Jing'an poured a basin of cold water on him first.
Hu Biao nodded quickly, showing a silly smile, "I'm not afraid, I'll just follow you."
The first time he met Zhou Jing'an was when they were competing. After he was defeated by Zhou Jing'an, he became his fan. Later, when he saw Zhou Jing'an's performance in the training camp with his own eyes, he was even more convinced.
He didn't know why, but he felt that following Zhou Jing'an would definitely be good.
"I'm still young, I don't have a girlfriend or a wife, my parents are in Taipei, I'm healthy, I have a house and a pension, I don't have too many worries, I have time to go with you."
Although he was a few months older than Zhou Jing'an, he sincerely called him "Brother Jing".
Zhou Jingan smiled faintly and asked him, "Do you have a house in Beijing?"
He shook his head and wanted to say that he could rent a room, but then he heard Zhou Jingan say, "Okay, come find me when your group finishes filming."
Hu Biao agreed immediately and rushed over as soon as the filming was finished.
Jiang Ling looked at Zhou Jing'an's raised mouth as he cooked, and leaned against the door frame with his arms folded across his chest, looking at him: "Why do I feel like you've been wanting to lure him over for a long time?"
Zhou Jing'an skillfully stir-fried the food and added salt. His smile widened when he heard her words. He took a moment to look at her and said, "Ling'er still understands me."
How could his conversation with Director Qi be leaked to the neighboring crew unless someone did it on purpose? He had originally planned to let him hear the news first so that he could be mentally prepared, and then he could go and recruit people himself.
Who knew he would come here on his own.
Jiang Ling smiled. "I think Hu Biao is a good person. He is kind-hearted but not dull. He is also smart and a good candidate."
Otherwise, he wouldn't be able to be a martial arts director at such a young age. No matter what, he must have some skills.
It’s just that his martial arts skills are not as good as Zhou Jingan’s.
But it is understandable that we lost to him.
"Will Hu Biao live in our house from now on? Should I buy him some daily necessities?" Jiang Ling asked.
Zhou Jingan shook his head and put the stir-fried celery and meat on the plate. "No need, he has those things."
People who travel with the crew all year round carry these things with them.
"I'll stay here for two days and then move out in a few days."
Jiang Ling started serving the dishes. "Why don't you stay here? We have rooms at home, and it's close to the store."
Since Zhou Jing'an wants to keep him by his side and work together, then treat him as a family.
Zhou Jingan smiled and said, "It's inconvenient."
"Huh? Why is it inconvenient?" She turned around and stopped again, waiting for him to speak.
Zhou Jingan walked over and kissed her on the lips, with a smile in his eyes, "This is inconvenient."
Jiang Ling understood, smiled, glared at him, and took the dishes away.
Only two dishes were left to be prepared. Jiang Ling turned around to look for Zhou Xian, but couldn't find him. She walked upstairs and saw the little guy following Hu Biao, chatting with him without any shyness.
