"Six years ago, a child in the village fell into the pond. I jumped in to save him. When I came up, my leg hit the stone wall. It bled and swelled for several months. It's been like this ever since."
Wen An nodded; it was roughly what he had guessed.
"You have an external injury that has been exposed to cold that has penetrated to the bone. If you had seen a doctor properly at the time, you should have recovered quickly. You didn't take any medicine at the time, did you?"
Da Niu nodded vigorously again, "It was just a small injury. I didn't take it seriously at the time, so I just wrapped it up with gauze and that was it."
"Not only did you not take it seriously, but you also certainly didn't rest in time, which is why this minor injury hasn't fully healed even after several years."

"Take this back and decoct it in the afternoon. The pain should be significantly reduced in about half a month."
Wen An shoved the prescription into his hand, and before he could say anything, he turned and ran back.

The child, who was barely up to his knees, diagnosed his illness and prescribed a treatment in a short period of time... He would never have believed it if it were anyone else.
But that child was so different.
His every move exuded confidence and composure, as if he had been a doctor for fifty years.
Wen An sat in the chair and gave him a bright smile.
For a moment, he became even more dazed.
Da Niu bowed deeply in the direction of Wen An and Liu Kang from a distance, clutching the prescription tightly, before turning and leaving.
