"Thank you, great Duke, for being considerate of your subordinates!" Atemo was happy.
After Atemo left, Lorsis finished reading the documents before going to bed.
The next morning, outside of Ahephia's bedroom, Lorsis got her permission and went in.
She was sitting lazily on the bed, lost in thought, with her long, soft blue hair falling behind her.
Lorsis walked over and hugged her, holding her waist and kissing her cheek, "Ahefuya, good morning."
Ahefuya tilted her head and kissed him on the cheek.
Lorsis smiled and kissed her cheek. She was very quiet most of the time, with nothing in her empty eyes, like a god who quietly watched the world but did not care about it.
When there are occasional emotions on my face, it is always caused by him.
"It's a nice day today. Do you want to go out for a walk? I don't know if you like the sun."
“I can’t say I like it, but I don’t hate it either.”
"Then let's go have breakfast first. Do you want to walk or do you want me to carry you?" He held her fingers affectionately.
Ahefuya put her arms around his neck, "I prefer to swim with my tail."
Lorsis put her shoes on and picked her up, "I've had people dig a pool under the castle. From now on, Ahefuya can swim in it and no one else will come near."
She nuzzled his cheek.
After breakfast, Lorsis took her out of the castle. It was also very quiet not far outside the castle, with only the cries of seagulls.
Only after walking a bit further away could you hear some human voices, the sounds of vendors hawking their wares on both sides of the street, customers bargaining, and carriages passing by.
Various smells were mixed in the air. Lorsis only took her for a while and then went out and walked back to the castle.
The sun on the coast wasn't very strong, but it made the skin a little hot. Ahefuya leaned into his arms and said, "We need to soak in water."
Lorsis saw tiny scales appearing in two or three places on her neck, so he hugged her and strode into the castle.
"Are you feeling uncomfortable? I won't take you to sunbathe anymore."
"It's a little itchy, but it's okay to expose it to the sun occasionally." If you expose it to the sun for too long, it will turn into dried fish.
Entering her bedroom, Lorsis asked the maid to prepare water.
He pressed his fingers gently on her rising scales and pressed down, "Does it hurt?"
Ahefuya raised her eyes, hummed softly, and held his fingers, "Itchy."
Lorsis leaned over and kissed her. The touch under his lips was not as hard as he had imagined, but as soft as her skin.
Unlike the kiss on the cheek, the kiss on the skin seemed particularly hot. Ahefuya trembled and her skin turned slightly red. "Hot."
Lorsis looked at her changes, his eyes darkened, and he rubbed her cheek helplessly, "What a delicate treasure."
Ahefuya felt a little embarrassed and buried her face in his arms.
After the maid drained the water, Lorsis patted her waist and said, "It's okay, go ahead."
She looked at him, took his hand and went over, "Let me show you."
Lorsis' throat tightened, wondering what she was saying, but his steps still moved forward as she pulled.
Ahefuya took off her clothes and stepped into the water, leaving only her most fitting top. Her legs began to change, with fine fish scales appearing from her lower abdomen all the way to her tail.
She dived into the water, and a few thin straps on her back fastened the small dress in front of her body, covering most of her body, leaving only a small waist. Her smooth fish tail formed a beautiful arc in the water.
