Chapter 2 The Last Girl in the Entire Universe (2)

Dressed in a tuxedo, the half-person-tall butler robot spoke in a soft female voice: "'Eve,' please do not leave your room."

"It's really uncomfortable." Ai Cao glanced at the robot blocking her way.

This robot has a male skeletal structure in its upper body, yet it is forced to speak in a female voice.

Xia Moli agreed.

She pointed a gun at the robot butler: "I want to leave. You have no right to imprison me."

The butler robot raised its hand and touched its head. All its exposed parts were made of soft, bionic skin, and even its pale blue mechanical eyes seemed to hold a hint of sadness.

“I can’t let you go,” it said.

The robot raised its soft hands, and the dark muzzle of a gun emerged from its palm.

Before Xia Moli could fire, Ai Cao had already pulled the trigger.

She blew up the robot with one shot.

Ai Cao looked at the bullet that hadn't even grazed a single hair of hers, which had been fired from the robot's hand, put down her gun, and shrugged: "Looks like it can't hurt us."

“…It might be a restriction on robots.” Xia Moli pursed her lips. A fleeting look of confusion crossed her face, but she said firmly, “I’ll go deal with the door lock.”

As Ai Cao watched Xia Moli approach and examine the lock on the door at this end of the covered bridge, she leaned against the wall and chatted with the system.

"Won't she think you've gone too far?" the system worried.

"Too much?" Ai Cao chuckled. "Those were a bunch of guys who wanted to use her as Eve to continue their lineage. Although she lost her freedom, they lost their descendants!"

The system fell silent.

Xia Moli stared at the door lock for a while, and then it opened automatically. She pushed the door open, glanced inside, and then called out to Ai Cao, "Ai Cao, there's no one here."

Ai Cao responded and smiled as she followed her inside.

The system continued to guide her: "Ten meters ahead, turn right onto the new road. Walk straight to the end of the road, where there is a warship from here."

Ai Cao glanced at the smooth wall and called out to Xia Moli, who was walking ahead of her.

Using her mental powers, Xia Moli found the door hidden in the wall. This time, she pushed the door with her eyes half-closed, looking somewhat exhausted.

"Should I carry you?" Ai Cao gently helped her up.

Xia Moli shook her head. She looked up and smiled at Ai Cao: "If it weren't for you, I wouldn't have been able to find my way out."

Ai Cao shook her head: "If it weren't for you, I would have blown this place up."

The system screamed in her mind: "You'll be wanted by the police!"

"It's so noisy, but they can't really hurt me." Ai Cao licked her teeth. "What if they hurt my body and I can't have children?"

"This is a future interstellar setting. You may have your hands and feet cut off, leaving you with only a uterus capable of carrying a child," the system warned.

"But they haven't even developed an artificial womb yet," Ai Cao sneered. "You overestimate them, System."

The system choked again.

Xia Moli and Ai Cao walked one after the other along this hidden path.

The surrounding area was no longer just unchanging metal walls.

Every so often they walked, they would see a portrait hanging on the wall, accompanied by a description of the portrait's achievements.

For example, there's the one who captured three savage second sexes, the one who bravely sacrificed himself while protecting the sperm bank... and the huge portrait of the male protagonist, surrounded by his hands covered in blood.

Xia Moli's eyebrows were furrowed tightly.

She stared intently at the male protagonist's face for a few seconds, then said in a hoarse voice, "I want to kill him."

Ai Cao's gaze also fell on the words "Great victory in suppressing the Second Sex Rebels".

They all knew what the second sex meant.

Such a description is merely a glimmer of gold on the protagonist's glorious past, and hardly constitutes the reason why he became the leader of the star cluster.

But Ai Cao still replied, "Next time we'll kill him." She analyzed, "Your mental strength is strong, so you can try first; but I can..."

She considered the amount of blood a woman loses during a menstrual period and said tactfully, "Make him lose at least 20 milliliters of blood."

If it's more, it could be 60 milliliters. But she only gave the minimum number.

Xia Moli was amused by her words and said, "Okay, okay, just tell me when the time comes, and we'll give it a try."

Although Xia Moli didn't know why it was 20 milliliters of blood, she felt a sense of security she had never experienced in this strange world when she was next to this tall woman.

So she decided to believe in mugwort.

With the two working together, the journey was exceptionally smooth.

Xia Moli was in charge of opening the locked doors, while Ai Cao was responsible for blowing up any robots that came into view. Seemingly as a reward for frequently using her mental energy, Xia Moli's recovery speed was getting faster and faster.

The system exclaimed, "Wow, your mental strength is now at level 5s!"

Ai Cao asked, "How many is the male lead?"

The system didn't hide anything from her: "SS. He's already at the top level among men in this world."

Xia Moli, feeling refreshed, used her mental power to grab the nearest abs sculpture and remove its helmet.

It's as easy as peeling a cooked shrimp.

Ai Cao glanced at the round, sealed door, then took two steps to the side to watch Xia Moli perform.

The man inside the shell gave a fawning smile: "'Eve'..."

Ai Cao frowned, then said calmly, "I don't really like this title. After you've asked your question, let me kill you."

Xia Moli nodded.

She closed her eyes, and her spiritual power spread out like an invisible net, enveloping the man's head. It seemed like only a few seconds passed before Xia Moli opened her eyes, releasing her grip and letting the man fall to the ground.

"I'm done asking." Xia Moli smiled at Ai Cao and walked briskly to open the complicated password door.

Ai Cao smiled and raised the gun, aiming it at the man's head.

"Bang!" she mimicked, laughing.

A silent bullet pierced the man's head. Ai Cao went over and ripped off the connector at the back of his head, then followed Xia Moli, who was waiting by the door, laughing.

“I’ve discovered something interesting.” She spread her hands.

A tiny chip lay in her palm.
