Mu Wenxi felt a little guilty. She put her hands on her hips and tried to act nonchalant: "I know, Mom, I'll move in with Xi Changye tomorrow."

Xi Changye: "Heh."

The innermost room on the second floor is Xi Changye's room.
The people at the door greeted her and told her to go in directly.

Xi Changye, sitting on the sofa, noticed the commotion and looked straight towards the door. To his surprise, it was Mu Wenxi. He immediately stood up and said, "You've arrived."

Xi Changye turned his head and stared at Su Yanhe, who felt a chill run down her spine: "Okay, you guys chat, I'm leaving first."
Mu Wenxi: "Goodbye, senior."
Xi Changye saw him out of the room. Su Yanhe was about to thank him when the other party suddenly closed the door.
Su Yanhe looked shocked: "Forgetting friends for the sake of beauty, forgetting friends for the sake of beauty."
Mu Wenxi looked around Xi Changye's room: "Did you stay here before?"
Xi Changye took a can of drink from the refrigerator next to him and handed it to Mu Wenxi: "This is just a temporary place to stay. I work here during the day, and I sometimes sleep here if I work late."
He pointed to the small room inside.
Mu Wenxi took the drink with a look of surprise: "You still remember that I like to drink this kind of beverage."
Xi Changye: "Yes, I remember."
Mu Wenxi said with a beaming smile, "I couldn't find this drink before. I thought it had been discontinued a long time ago."
Xi Changye: "Production is just taking place in another city."

In the afternoon, Xi Changye came to help Mu Wenxi move. He called a group of people and they carried a large truckload of things to Xi Changye's residence.

Mu Wenxi: "Yeah, you should have all the furniture there, so I didn't move it."
Xi Changye: "Alright, I'll have my men prepare the ones that aren't available."
Mu Wenxi: "Okay."
The car quickly arrived at Xi Changye's house, which resembled a small manor. The iron gate opened automatically, and the car slowly drove inside.
Xi Changye: "We've arrived. I moved out of my family home and live here after I became an adult. Usually, it's just the two of us here. The housekeeper and nanny live next door."
The multi-story villa, bathed in warm yellow light from the outside, has a cozy feel to it.
Xi Changye carried Mu Wenxi's luggage inside, and the others gradually moved their things into the living room. The living room was large and cold, with cream-colored tile floors and very little furniture, just a sofa and a coffee table.
Mu Wenxi was a little surprised. This place didn't feel like a home; it was more like a temporary residence: "It's very deserted."
Xi Changye: "Yeah, I rarely came back before. I usually just stayed in the bar's room."
He put the luggage on the ground and led Mu Wenxi into the prepared room: "Your room is ready. Come with me. Do you like it?"
Mu Wenxi walked into the room, which was much warmer than the living room: "Yes, thank you."
Xi Changye: "No need to be polite. Just let me know if you need anything."
Mu Wenxi nodded, pushed her luggage into the room, and began to unpack.
Unexpectedly, Xi Changye didn't go to work at the bar that night. Mu Wenxi stayed in her room tidying up, and when it was time for dinner, she ordered takeout as usual.
She only remembered that she had moved her address after she had placed all the orders, so she quickly canceled them. She went downstairs and found that the food had been heated up, but there was no one else in sight. Perhaps the housekeeper or the nanny had prepared it?
