Chapter 92 Cinderella (Part 9)

“I love him.” Who doesn’t love their son? Razer said softly.

He just... wasn't ready to be a father.

He didn't want to make excuses, saying that he had broken up with all the women who were bad to his son, which was why so many women came and went, ruining his reputation.

“But you love yourself more,” Shen Wangshu said, even more bluntly.

This left Lei Ze speechless. He looked around and saw Shen Wangshu sneer and Lei Xuan remain indifferent. He whispered, "I was wrong."

“Apologizing in front of us is useless,” Shen Wangshu shook his head and said coldly.

"What does Xiaotian like?" Lei Ze suddenly asked.

Lei Xuan lowered his eyes and said coldly, "Sincerely."

Of course, Mr. Lei thought that this chubby guy's favorite thing was to be a third wheel, but considering that they were both respectable people, it was better not to talk about such unpleasant topics.

His voice was cold, but Lei Ze was clearly shaken. Despite his womanizing and dissolute lifestyle, he was still somewhat capable of listening to others. He nodded, pursing his lips as if pondering what constituted sincerity. Thinking of this, he quickly leaned close to Lei Xuan's ear and asked with a teasing smile, "You succeeded?"

I called him back from the Southern Hemisphere, even though he was jet-lagged, just so I could get some advice on how to please my lover.

Lei Ze felt that this was the biggest piece of gossip he had ever heard.

He looked concerned, but Lei Xuan showed a hint of disdain as he turned to look at his brother, who usually boasted so much but had ultimately been completely defeated.

He nodded reservedly.

Razer laughed and asked with a grin, "And then? Did you send roses, chocolates, or a cake?"

“He gave Xiaotian to me,” Shen Wangshu said casually.

Lei Ze was stunned, turning to look at his younger brother in disbelief. His expression was one of grief and indignation, yet also a bit pitiful. Unable to hold back any longer, he stood up and whispered to Ah Xuan, "Women love to hear sweet words. Not only that, you should be more considerate of women, learn to fulfill their wishes, say more nice things, and smile more. ...Do you even know what a smile looks like?"

He tried to lift Lei Xuan's lips, but failed each time. He sighed and said, "You're so handsome, any woman would be captivated by you just by smiling."

"I think he looks more handsome when he's not smiling," Shen Wangshu said casually.

Razer was once again stunned by this bizarre aesthetic.

He stared in shock at Shen Wangshu, who preferred a stern face to a smile. Under the latter's powerful aura, he stammered for a couple of minutes before lowering his head, standing up, and saying, "I'm going to find Xiaotian." He hesitated for a moment, then lowered his eyes and said softly, "You have to believe me, I love Xiaotian."

That was his only son; it would be a miracle if he didn't like him. He muttered to himself, his gaze somewhat blank, "I've been too naive. I'll try my best to take care of him in the future." He didn't deny that he hadn't been a father in his youth, because he was still like a child even now, not as mature as his younger brother.

He still loves to have fun and be a playboy.

But this time, he didn't want to neglect his son either.

Shen Wangshu still didn't pay much attention to him.

If an incompetent father wants his prodigal son to turn over a new leaf, does the son have to forget the past hurts?

Shen Wangshu did not think it was acceptable to do so.

Lei Tian had already received the best care, so Lei Ze's existence wasn't that important to him. He was still his father, but what else was there besides that? When the child needed his father the most, this father wasn't by his side; instead, he had abandoned him to someone else.

Lei Ze was handsome and dashing, a naturally charming and elegant young nobleman, but Shen Wangshu thought Lei Xuan was a million times more adorable. She merely raised an eyebrow and watched Lei Ze walk away in a daze. Only after his tall figure disappeared from her sight did she whisper, "Even if you regret it, don't give Xiao Tian back to him!"

Lei Xuan moved his thin lips.

Mr. Lei really hopes that the little fat boy will be taken away by his biological father as soon as possible. After all, a grown man in his thirties who stays up all night is not just for telling fairy tales!

He held Shen Wangshu, who looked distressed, in his arms, pursed his lips, and whispered, "I won't send her away."

These words went against Lei's true feelings, and his face darkened even more, but he did not regret his words.

"You're so kind!" Shen Wangshu leaned over and kissed his cold, hard profile.

Mr. Lei suddenly realized how clever he had been!

He tilted his head slightly, revealing his other side profile.

Shen Wangshu looked at the handsome man who turned his head away expressionlessly, seemingly disgusted, but couldn't help but break into a big smile. She reached out and cupped his face, giving him a hard kiss on the cheek. Seeing that Lei Xuan had dropped the documents in his hand, she said with a smile, "Where else do you want to kiss?"

Lei pointed indifferently to his lips.

Although his face was indifferent, his body was honestly getting hot.

Shen Wangshu smiled and leaned in to kiss his lips. She bent down to pick up the documents, her fair fingers twirling Lei Xuan's dark hair as she softly said, "Hurry up and finish these documents. If we finish our work today, we can go out on a date." She clapped her hands with longing and said, "Just the two of us, and we can even have dinner out tonight... What are you waiting for?" Lei Xuan carefully placed her on the sofa next to him, watching him quickly walk to his desk, pick up many documents, and bury himself in his work, not even glancing at her anymore.
