Xie Shizhu's pupils shrank, and she hurriedly stepped onto the stairs with disordered steps. She wanted to run down and save the little girl, but because she was too scared and panicked, she missed a step, rolled down the stairs, and hit her head on a stone pier.
The girl's crying became louder and louder, and finally became silent.

Another cry reached Xie Shizhu's ears. She slowly opened her eyelids. The crying suddenly stopped, and the little girl said nervously, "She's awake!"
Lin Xin made a 'hush' gesture and said, "Keep your voice down, she just woke up."
Xie Shizhu couldn't adapt to the dazzling sunlight for a while. She squinted her eyes slightly and it took a long time before she opened her eyes completely.
After seeing that she was awake, Lin Xin picked up the little girl by the waist and took her out of the room.
Immediately afterwards, Jiang Yubai gently pushed open the door, and his tall figure cast a shadow on the ground through the sunlight outside the window.
He slowly walked to her side, looked down at Xie Shizhu's pale face, and said slowly: "What do you want to eat?"
Xie Shizhu smiled, the wound on her forehead tinging with pain. She said, "Snail noodles?"
Jiang Yubai pondered for a moment and said, "You are a patient, so you can only eat light food."
Xie Shizhu thought for a few seconds: "Then... whatever."
Jiang Yubai nodded, turned and walked towards the door. Just as his slender fingers placed on the door handle, a woman's weak voice came into his ears.
"Yubai, I'll just have some porridge."
Hearing this, Jiang Yubai's fingertips suddenly tightened and his back stiffened.
