Suiyi stopped when she reached the area where a group of zombies were.
It released the oppressive aura of a high-level zombie, causing the zombies to tremble in fear.
Upon reaching the level 2 zombie, Suiyi communicated with it using her mental powers.
"Submit to me, or die." Level 5 energy pressed down on the Level 2 zombie, rendering it unable to move.
The level-two zombie knelt on the ground in a contorted posture, bowing its head in submission to Sui Yi.
Sui Yi placed a mental restriction on it, thus subduing the zombie.
"Go and find these things for me tonight and put them here. You can go to any of these places except these two."
Sui Yi controlled about fifty zombies in the vicinity and gave them orders.
After the zombies dispersed, Suiyi strolled back home!
"I'm so proud of myself for having gathered a bunch of free labor underlings. It's just a pity they're so ugly, otherwise it would be nice to have them around." He sighed with some regret.
"Tch, like a peddler praising his own wares!" The system is at it again.
"Hey Tong'er, are you infected with a virus? Can't you live without arguing with me every day?"
"certainly."
"Black face, can't we just have some fun?" Feeling frustrated.
The next morning, while Suiyi was still sitting by the window watching the rising sun, the three who had been resting had already gotten up.
"Look, the sky in this apocalypse is so beautiful, a bright red, contrasting with the blood-soaked ground, creating a tragic scene. Beneath the beauty, prosperity is gone, and only piles of bones remain."
Luo Jingli stepped forward and stood beside her, also gazing at this unusual world, silent and still.
"Did you sleep well last night?" Sui Yi stood up and looked at the person who came in.
"Yes! Thank you!" A refined voice rang in my ears.
Sui Yi laughed and went over to greet Ming Xiachu and Zhou Zhao.
"Come on, I'll take you to a nice place," Sui Yi said to the group after breakfast.
The three of them followed Suiyi as she wandered through the alley. In this apocalyptic world, they were quite carefree, strolling like they were in their own backyard. Of course, there were no flowers here, only a mess, bloodstains, and bits of bone and flesh.
"We're here, this is it." Along the way, zombies automatically avoided us, and there were no obstacles. In just over twenty minutes, we arrived at the place where Sui Yi had taken in her underlings last night.
Sui Yi smiled and went inside first. As soon as she opened the door, Zhou Zhao was so startled that he hugged Ming Xiachu and retreated abruptly.
Sui Yi was speechless. How could she have forgotten to let these lovely compatriots go out for a stroll? Now, seventy or eighty zombies are crammed into a basement, which seems a bit crowded and terrifying.
The truly deformed and grotesque, ragged and covered in blood, were a group of crippled zombies.
"Hey, Zhou Zhao! Don't be afraid, these are my little brothers, they won't hurt anyone!" Sui Yi looked at Zhou Zhao, who seemed to be on high alert, and pretended to cough before explaining.
"Uh... Chu Xia, are you serious?" She seemed a little incredulous.
Why would I lie to you? Look, no zombies attacked us on our way here. Don't you find that strange?
"...Oh, I guess so." He scratched his head, feeling genuinely embarrassed.
"Alright, let's go in. I've got these under control; they won't attack us." Sui Yi gestured with her chin towards the group of zombies, indicating to Zhou Zhao.
Sui Yi went in first, and the zombies automatically parted in the middle, standing guard on both sides as if welcoming a queen.
Zhou Zhao carried Ming Xiachu on his back and walked in the middle, with Luo Jingli at the back.
Suiyi stopped, turned around, and saw her younger brother clinging to Zhou Zhao's back.
"...How could I have forgotten about him?"
Suiyi walked over and said gently, "Little brother, are you scared? If you are, close your eyes."
"Sister, I'm not afraid. I will become strong and protect you!"
The innocent words of children echoed in my ears and filled my heart.
"Okay! Sister is waiting for our little Xia Chu to become powerful." Sui Yi kissed Ming Xia Chu and said gently to him.
"Mmm!" she nodded happily.
“There are a lot of supplies here. I ordered them to find them. See if we can use any of them. Any extras are left here for the survivors in the town.”
Sui Yi looked at Luo Jingli, wanting to hear his opinion.
"I have no objection!" Luo Jingli never refuted her.
Suiyi walked over, took some rice, and some other necessities, but didn't touch the rest.
He turned around and walked up to the level 2 zombie, giving him his orders.
"Take this group of zombies to the mountains not far away, and don't come out and scare people. There are things inside to replenish your energy. Come find me again after you have evolved to level five."
"yes."
"Let's go. We'll leave these supplies here. Survival in the apocalypse is tough; let's leave some options for others."
So the three of them left together and headed towards H City.
Half an hour later, there wasn't a single zombie in the spacious courtyard; only a pile of supplies lay there quietly.
It seems that the zombies have already left this town and gone to the place Suiyi mentioned.
"Brother Bing, don't you think it's unusually quiet around here today? We usually hear a lot of zombie roars, but we can't hear them anymore. Did something happen?"
Ah Song and his companions sat in the car, looking puzzled. The town was unusually quiet today; they hadn't seen a single zombie since they left.
"Something unusual is bound to happen. In any case, everyone should be careful."
"Hey! Bing-ge, there's a supermarket over there, let's go in and take a look." Da Mao pointed to a store on the left and said to the people in the car.
