Lin Xiao carried Sui Yi to her bedroom, placed her on the bed, and Sui Yi sat up.
"I want to take a shower and eat something. I don't feel very strong right now, probably because I'm hungry. Did you not give me anything to eat while I was sleeping?" Sui Yi said, looking at Lin Xiao with a dark expression.
"Um, how can you eat while you're asleep? You're on an IV drip," Lin Xiao said somewhat awkwardly. He had completely forgotten about it!
"No wonder I'm so weak, it's because I'm hungry. You try starving me for a month!" Sui Yi put her hands on her hips, glaring at Lin Xiao. She looked every bit the shrew.
"Uh, I'll go get you some porridge. You should wash up first." With that, she fled as if she were escaping.
"Holy crap! I almost starved to death!"
"Hmph! Master, I told you to come back to your body earlier, but you wouldn't listen. You almost starved to death in this body!"
"You even said that I thought you were replenishing this body's energy."
"I'm not exercising now. I'll wash up after I eat. My stomach is empty and it feels really uncomfortable." After saying that, Suiyi sat back down and waited for someone to bring her the porridge.
A moment later, Lin Xiao brought in a bowl of congee with preserved egg and lean pork. "It's a good thing Sister Li made this especially for you when she heard you were going to be discharged from the hospital, otherwise you would have been hungry for a while longer. Here, let it cool down before you eat."
Lin Xiao scooped up the porridge, blew on it gently, and fed it to Suiyi only when it was no longer too hot.
“I can eat by myself, give me the bowl.” Sui Yi reached out to take the bowl, but was avoided.
"Can you give me a chance to repay your kindness?" Lin Xiao was being a bit naive!
"..." Sui Yi stopped talking and quietly finished her porridge. Feeling something in her stomach made her feel stronger. She stood up and moved around a bit.
"I have much more energy now. You haven't had a good rest these past few days, go and get some sleep!" Sui Yi said gently, looking at his tired body.
"Okay! Take good care of yourself. Just tell Sister Li if you need anything." After saying that, she carried the bowl out.
Sui Yi went into the bathroom and took a comfortable shower, then changed into clean clothes. She sat on the bed and meditated to restore her energy.
"Um, Master, do you have any other identity?"
"Ha, would I tell you?"
"Master, are you a transmigrated female boss?" the system asked in surprise.
"Don't you know whether I'm a time traveler or not?" Sui Yi said disdainfully.
"Uh, it really is a costume. Now that you know the mission objective, Master, when will you take action?" the system asked.

By 3 p.m., Lin Xiao had finished resting and came to find Sui Yi.
"By the way, Grandpa heard you woke up and invited us to the old house for a meal," Lin Xiao said to Suiyi.
"Oh, okay, shall we go now?"
"Okay! Let's go then!" Suiyi followed behind Lin Xiao to see the old man.
"Shouldn't we bring something?" Suiyi looked at her empty hands and felt that she should bring something when visiting an old man for the first time.
"We have everything at home, so you don't need to bring anything."
"Oh well!"
When Suiyi and Lin Xiao arrived at the Qin residence, someone was already waiting at the door. The two went inside and entered the hall, where they saw a sprightly old man sitting on the sofa. Upon seeing them, he stood up and greeted them with a smile.
"Grandpa!" Lin Xiao called out.
“Grandpa Qin,” Sui Yi said.
"Haha! This must be my savior! A hero emerges from among the young! Come, come, have a seat." The old man ignored his grandson and instead smiled kindly as he pulled Suiyi to sit down.
"Don't call me 'old man' anymore. How about you call me 'Grandpa' like Xiao'er does?" The old man looked at Suiyi with increasing delight.
"Uh, hello Grandpa Qin!" Sui Yi said naturally, seeing that the old man looked about the same age as her own grandfather.
"Haha, good, good." After saying that with a laugh, he took a box from the table next to him and handed it to Suiyi.
"Girl, look, do you like what's inside? It's a little gift for us." The old man was very happy.
“This is a gift from an elder, and I dare not refuse it. I will accept it.”
"The more I look at her, the more satisfied I become. I never expected my grandson to find me such an amazing granddaughter-in-law! Hahaha! Hahaha!" The old man became happier and happier as he thought about it.
"Alas! I won't live many more years. In my remaining years, I just want to see him get married." The old man suddenly changed his expression and said with some sorrow, glancing sideways at his grandson.
"..." Suiyi really didn't know how to respond, so she just smiled and remained silent.
"Grandpa, what delicious food did you make today?" Lin Xiao asked.
"Oh, right, I forgot! Time to eat." With that, she ordered the dishes to be served.
After finishing their meal, Suiyi and Lin Xiao said goodbye to the old man and went home.
"Peach, what do you think of me?" Lin Xiao asked somewhat awkwardly.
"You? Why do you ask that?"
"I just want to know how I am in your heart?"
"Hmm! Very impressive and handsome." Suiyi commented as she looked at him.
"Can you give me a chance to take care of you?" Lin Xiao asked nervously, looking at her.
"I'll think about it," Sui Yi replied somewhat awkwardly. After returning home, Sui Yi went to her room first, pondering whether or not she should marry Lin—no, Qin Xiao.
"Tong'er, for the sake of the mission, I'll marry him." Sui Yi decided to marry him.
"Tch, you dare say you wouldn't be tempted by such a great guy?" the system scoffed at her.
