Chapter 30: A Novel About Educated Youth (Male Second Character) and a Beautiful, Spoiled Village Flower (Part 30)

Originally, everyone thought that the second son of the Shen family had gotten married behind his family's back, but after hearing what Old Master Shen said, it was clear that wasn't the case. So what was there to hide? Everyone in the courtyard was very puzzled.

"I missed it before because I lived too far away, but I'll send out wedding candies to everyone during the New Year," Shen Shi said, trying to smooth things over and ease the tension.

Everyone happily agreed, praising his wife's beauty, and Song Jiajia greeted them sweetly.

After the excitement subsided, we headed home.

When they arrived at the door, Brother Shen pushed it open first. As he had said, there was a large table of dishes laid out in the house, and Song's mother, his sister-in-law, and his third brother were all there.

The little boy was clamoring for food, so Aunt Shen hugged him and coaxed him, "You can eat when Grandpa comes back."

Four- or five-year-old children don't understand these things, but they keep shouting, and when they shout loudly, their heads twitch.
