Mr. Shi turned his head, glanced at her, and said in an annoyed tone, "So you know how to come back? I thought you were going to wander the world and have your home anywhere."
Shi Lan lowered her head awkwardly and smiled sheepishly.
Shi's father had been staring at Shi Lan, expecting an explanation, but after waiting for a long time without any response, he immediately narrowed his eyes and curled his lips, "You're all grown up now, you have your own ideas, you can go wherever you want, so why did you come back!"
Shi Lan smiled helplessly, knowing that her father would not let it go if she didn't make things clear, but if she really did, she was worried that he wouldn't be able to handle it and might get sick from anger.
