Chapter 283 The Girl Possessed by a Ghost (Part 12)

Wang kept rubbing her head, wincing in pain. The question she had wanted to ask had been jolted out of her mind during the hurried journey.

The car slowly came to a stop, and Jiang Yunhuai stood beside it, saying, "We've arrived. Get out of the car."

Lady Wang lifted the carriage curtain and looked around, only to be surprised to find that this was not the Shi residence.

Where is this?

Wang clutched the carriage curtain in alarm and said, "Didn't you say you would take me back to the manor?"

Jiang Yunhuai looked impatient. "Didn't you have something to ask me? It's quiet here, perfect for asking you questions."

Wang blinked, then remembered why she had come. "Alright, after you finish speaking, you have to take me back."

Jiang Yunhuai was too lazy to look at her cowardly appearance. He just wanted to find that person who was as aloof as bamboo and as cold as gold and jade, and to find out the mystery after mystery that had been swirling in his heart.

Jiang Yunhuai pressed his five fingers together like knives and struck Wang Shi hard on the back of her neck.

A sharp pain struck, and Wang's large eyes suddenly widened before she fainted and collapsed to the ground.

Jiang Yunhuai squatted down and waited quietly.

A few breaths later, the girl in front of him slowly opened her eyes.
