The Fifth World (The End)

The tribe discovered that Xun was pregnant that very night.

"You and Chen have a child? That's wonderful news! We should celebrate!"

The enthusiastic tribespeople completely ignored Long Xun's cold expression and took him, Yin Chen, and the newborn Yue Bai, who had transformed from a dragon into a chubby little baby, out together. Apart from his jade-blue vertical pupils, Yue Bai was no different from a human baby.

A bonfire was lit, and Ye, with a somewhat stiff and forced smile on her face, watched as everyone joyfully celebrated the arrival of the newborn and, led by the eldest shaman, offered blessings to the newborn and the couple who had contributed to the continuation of the tribe. She felt increasingly resentful.

Ye and Xiao Shoushou have been together longer than they have, but they still haven't had a child. The witch doctor said that Xiao Shoushou has a congenital deficiency and may never have a child.

He couldn't help but feel envious and disappointed. Chen, who had been revolving around him for the past few years, didn't even glance at him, and he occasionally felt a strange sensation in his heart.

The younger woman noticed his strange behavior. After the festivities ended, they returned to their house, where she couldn't help but throw a tantrum at him.

"You're disgusted with me now, aren't you? You're starting to regret having that Chen Neng baby? You're regretting it?"

What are you saying?

"You think I didn't see it? The way you looked at Chen was disgusting!"

How could you say that to me? Can't you feel my feelings for you?

"Your feelings for me? I treated you like a brother, but you only wanted to sleep with me! Now that you've slept with me, do you know I can't have children?"

"Stop joking! Why are you saying again that you won't have children? I told you, we're still young. In a few years, when you get pregnant, you won't think like this anymore."

"..."

The little shou felt cold inside. As a man, he couldn't possibly have a child, but Ye stubbornly treated him as a female.

As the years went by, a thought in his mind became more and more firm.

He wants to go back, back to his own world.

...

Actually, compared to Yin Chen, whose personality is still uncontrollable and constantly changing, Yue Bai prefers her father, who is always indifferent to her.

For the past hundred years, although Long Xun didn't pay much attention to him, he still remembered to send him a portion of divine power every day, and Yue Bai was already extremely familiar with Long Xun's aura. Even though he was always being flicked on the head, he still foolishly clung to his father's side.

Long Xun didn't like him clinging to people, so Yue Bai, who was exceptionally intelligent and had developed his spiritual sense early on, stopped going over and just looked at his father with a cute and affectionate gaze.

Around one month old, Yuebai was able to transform into a half-dragon baby with dragon horns and a dragon tail, crawling around naked and soft. His chubby little face, eyebrows, nose, and lips resembled Long Xun's. Although handsome, he inevitably appeared aloof. However, his pair of jade-green eyes resembled Yin Chen's, with long eyelashes and clear eyes that seemed to hold stars floating within them, which softened his aloof aura somewhat.

Yin Chen once teased Yue Bai when he had nothing to do, saying that judging from how Yue Bai looked, he would probably grow up to be a cold-faced iceberg type, just like Long Xun. Long Xun just glanced at the little guy who was still drooling and rolling around on the ground chasing his moon-white dragon tail, and couldn't see any iceberg potential in him at all.

Since he has already become a half-dragon, it means that magical power is beginning to appear naturally in Yuebai's body, and he will gradually understand the dragon race's talents, like a pyramid, from the basic five elements to advanced understanding of laws, until he becomes a god and controls all the rules.

Long Xun's body is that of an orc without any magical power. He can only transform into a giant silver python, or become a member of the Ming Cult to wield swords. He can use low-level Five Elements magic, but he can't explain it.

Back then, Ye Tan was taught directly from the laws and rules of space and time, so Long Xun really had no clue about raising children.

Yin Chen felt helpless about this and could only bite the bullet and use his half-baked water-based abilities to demonstrate to Yue Bai, letting him figure it out on his own.

So now Long Xun no longer goes hunting with the main group. Instead, he takes his wife and son to a secluded place where he keeps watch while Yin Chen teaches Yue Bai lessons.

Yuebai was a very well-behaved child. In addition, he was quite talented and had the dragon race's instinct to love water. Whenever Yin Chen manipulated the water flow and caused changes in front of him, he would calm down, his jade-blue eyes wide open on his baby face, and he would carefully look at the water with a serious expression.

After a few days of this instruction, Yin Chen suddenly felt another force trying to control the water in his hand. So he loosened his grip and the water ball in his hand rushed towards Yue Bai, drenching him completely.

Long Xun, who had returned from an inconspicuous hunting trip with the Ming Cult, saw this scene. His pale golden vertical pupils gave Yue Bai, who was standing there dumbfounded, a cold glance, and he snorted: "Stupid."

"Yuebai has done very well." Yin Chen pursed his lips and said softly. He waved his hand, and the wet water on the little dragon automatically detached and gathered back into a water ball floating in mid-air. Only Yuebai was still pouting and looking at her father Long Xun with a very aggrieved expression. Her short white hair was only lightly covered on her little head... She looked like a white kiwi, both silly and cute.

Long Xun stared at the little guy for a long time, while Yue Bai looked up at him. Their pale gold and jade-blue vertical pupils faced each other from afar. One was indifferent, lazy, and somewhat disdainful, while the other was harmless, clear, and full of trust and affection.

After a long pause, Long Xun looked away, gave a soft hum, and said somewhat awkwardly, "Watch."

The winds of change can shift in an instant.

The clouds in the sky seemed to be grabbed and swept up by a great force, rushing down with unstoppable force, layer upon layer embracing Long Xun, Yue Bai, and Yin Chen. Yue Bai's shocked mouth opened into a circle, while Yin Chen's usually silent and expressionless face revealed a faint smile.
