Two of the four men had their arms broken, and the remaining two, seeing this, immediately tried to escape. Su Xingran noticed their attempt and rushed towards them. One of the men was punched in the nose by Su Xingran, and blood instantly flowed from his nose.
Another one, thinking he'd take a gamble, started fighting with Su Xingran. These were all street thugs; their fight was chaotic and without any strategy.
Su Xingran kicked him directly between the legs, then punched him in the face, one punch, two punches... until he was powerless to fight back.
All four lay on the ground, their injuries gruesome. Su Xingran looked at Xiao Xue, who was still trembling, and sighed. She walked over and took the dagger that Xiao Xue was holding.
After taking the dagger, Su Xingran pulled Xiao Xue close and hugged her. "Sister-in-law Xiao Xue, it's alright now. Don't be afraid. You were very brave to stab the bad guy. You've rid the world of a scourge."
Upon hearing Su Xingran's words, Xiao Xue burst into tears. "Xingran, I stabbed someone with a knife! I'm so panicked, so scared!"
"It's alright, don't be afraid, I'm here! These people aren't good people, they might even have murder on their hands. What you're doing is brave, and it's also to protect yourself."
Su Xingran knew Xiao Xue was a well-behaved girl who probably had never experienced hardship in her life. A woman who wouldn't even step on an ant would need a lot of courage to stab someone with a knife.

The people on the ground could barely move, so Su Xingran wasn't worried about them escaping. She led Xiao Xue to the alley entrance, where she saw someone riding a bicycle and asked that person to call the police.
People nowadays are very helpful; upon hearing about criminals, they immediately turn around and head to the police station to report it.
The police arrived quickly and, upon seeing the two girls mentioned by the complainant, approached Su Xingran and Xiao Xue.
"Ladies, are you here to call the police?" one of the police officers asked Su Xingran and her companion.
“Yes, yes, we need to call the police. The criminals are up ahead.” Su Xingran pointed to the alley ahead.
The two police officers who responded to the call looked in the direction Su Xingran was pointing and saw four men lying on the ground, seemingly dead. Their eyes widened, and they immediately went over to investigate.
After examining the bodies, the police looked at the two girls with a complicated expression. If the people on the ground hadn't still been breathing, the police would have thought all four were dead, and that they were there to investigate a murder case.
"Ladies, could you please come with us to the police station? We need to make a statement and register your case. Also, were these four people injured by you?"
Su Xingran glanced at the police officer who was asking the question, "I was the one who injured them. They tried to take us away by force, and I had no choice but to fight back to protect myself."
The Huang family members sat in the living room, keeping a close eye on the movements outside the door. "Dad, didn't you say Xingran and Xiaoxue would be home for dinner tonight?"
Huang Taihe needed to see Huang Zhenhua, so he stayed for dinner. He had heard from his father that two students were going home for dinner tonight, but they hadn't shown up yet.
The two people they were talking about are now sitting in the police station, waiting for the police to come and take their statements.
