Chapter 275 The Grand Finale (The End) (2/2)

Su Xingran felt the dampness on her neck and patted Gu Moli's waist. "Moli, when I first came back, I was young, with the mind of an adult and the body of a child. Everything was very unfamiliar, but I gradually got used to it. With my master and parents by my side, I was able to suppress my pain."

"It wasn't until the person who harmed me reaped the consequences of their actions that my heart truly opened up. Mo Li, I was able to return entirely because of my master's wife. I don't know why she allowed me to come back, but whatever the reason, I am very grateful to her."

“Mo Li, all of this is in the past, and I have let go. I have my parents, my master, you, our child, and my job. I feel that I have lived a good enough life in this one. All the happiness in this life has soothed the regrets and pain of my previous life.”

Su Xingran paused for a moment and continued, "I know I may not be a good wife, and I may not be good at expressing myself. But I can tell you for sure, Gu Moli, you are in my heart. Thank you for always being tolerant of me, understanding me, waiting for me, caring for me, and feeling sorry for me. Gu Moli, I love you."

Gu Moli lifted his head, which was buried in Su Xingran's neck. His eyes were red, and his face was still wet with tears. This was the first time Gu Moli had heard Su Xingran say she loved him. Gu Moli could sense Su Xingran's love in their daily lives, but he still wanted to hear her say "I love you" aloud.

After so many years, Gu Moli finally heard it, and he couldn't contain his excitement. He lifted Su Xingran's chin, lowered his head, and kissed the lips that had just said "I love you."

Su Xingran and Gu Moli stayed on the mountain for more than two hours. Thinking of their two children at home, they walked down the mountain hand in hand. Gu Moli held Su Xingran's hand tightly; he wanted to hold onto his beloved and not let her disappear.

Back home, his parents and children were not there. Gu Moli told Su Xingran to rest while he went out for a walk. Having overheard Su Xingran's words on the mountain, Gu Moli wanted to revisit the places and paths she had walked.

In the afternoon, Su Xingran was at home but hadn't seen her parents, child, or Gu Moli return home. She went out to the village to look for them. Along the way, she greeted everyone she met, and knowing she was looking for her child, they simply said hello and left.

Unconsciously, Su Xingran had arrived near the former home of her master, Huang Zhenhua. She thought she'd go see what had changed over the years. She turned a corner and walked straight ahead; she had arrived.

Gu Moli wandered around the village, and before he knew it, he had arrived at the door of his uncle's old house. After Huang Zhenhua left, the village chief bought the house.

Gu Moli had just stepped out of the doorway to leave when he saw Su Xingran walking out from around the corner. Their eyes met, and this scene overlapped with the scene when Gu Moli first met Su Xingran at this very doorway years ago.

With just that one glance, Su Xingran entered Gu Moli's heart, taking root and sprouting there, firmly capturing his heart.

When Su Xingran saw Gu Moli, she remembered that it was right at this doorway that she first met Gu Moli. Perhaps their fate was sealed at that moment.

Gu Moli walked towards his lover, and Su Xingran also walked towards her lover. Gu Moli and Su Xingran's relationship went from one-way to two-way, and for the rest of their lives, they would hold each other's hands, from black hair to white hair.
