Chapter 21, could it be Ga?

The word "again" is quite clever.

Xu Ningyan pouted, looking worriedly at Gu Zhiyuan's arm, which was bleeding profusely and had dripped onto the ground. If it continued to flow like this, she was afraid that the big boss would be stuck here today. She was extremely anxious.

He rushed forward, wanting to help Gu Zhiyuan, but Gu Zhiyuan refused: "What are you doing here? Did you call the police? Where is he?"

Seeing that Gu Zhiyuan was still refusing her help, Xu Ningyan became anxious and grabbed Gu Zhiyuan, saying, "Don't move! Do you want to die?!"

The harsh tone startled Gu Zhiyuan, who was at a loss for words.

Xu Ningyan looked at the wound and knew she needed to stop the bleeding immediately.

He looked around, gestured for Gu Zhiyuan to stand still, and picked the person closest to him from among those lying on the ground. The person's clothes looked the cleanest, and he walked over.

The person lying on the ground, though unable to move, was not blind.

Seeing this petite girl approaching with a menacing aura, he couldn't help but cower. Then, seeing her scrutinize his upper body, he felt even more uneasy and involuntarily covered his chest with his hands: "You, what do you want to do?"

He looked like a respectable man about to be harmed.

Xu Ningyan stepped forward and said, "May I borrow your clothes?"

Before the man could react, his hands were lifted up, and then his vision blurred, his upper body felt a chill, and he fell heavily to the ground again.

Looking down, he suddenly realized that his clothes had been torn off.

Gu Zhiyuan's face almost split open!

What did he see?

Although he knew the girl wasn't as honest as the production team had described, the fact that she had just pulled off a grown man's clothes with one hand on the street was beyond his expectations.

I didn't know how to react for a moment.

Xu Ningyan ripped off the clothes, curled her lips in disgust, and with a forceful tug, tore the perfectly good shirt into strips of varying lengths in two quick cuts.

By the time Gu Zhiyuan came to his senses, Xu Ningyan had already picked out the longest strip of cloth and tightly tied it around the cut on his arm.

The blood flow immediately slowed down.

Gu Zhiyuan then realized that the little girl had taken off someone else's clothes to stop her own bleeding.

They're still young and act without considering the consequences!

Having barely managed to stop the bleeding, Xu Ningyan helped Gu Zhiyuan up: "I'll take you to the hospital now!"

Gu Zhiyuan had lost too much blood, and his vision was blurring. His face was pale and bloodless. Knowing that this was not the time to be stubborn, he nodded with difficulty: "Thank you for your trouble. There are still these people to deal with! After you take me to the hospital, go to No. 21 Changlai Lane and find a man named Sun Zhou. Tell him what happened here and let him handle it!"

Xu Ningyan nodded, understanding that Gu Zhiyuan meant that they should not alert the police for the time being.

However, with so many people here, not all of them had fainted. If they made a fuss and attracted others, wouldn't that ruin the boss's plans?

If you're going to be the boss's lackey, you have to think what the boss thinks, be anxious about what the boss is anxious about, and help the boss do things perfectly!

After helping Gu Zhiyuan stand against the wall, Xu Ningyan stepped forward and kicked each of the men unconscious. Then, she used the strips of cloth she had just torn to tie their hands behind their backs before helping the almost unsteady Gu Zhiyuan out of the alley.

This place is indeed remote. Despite the commotion, she helped Gu Zhiyuan, who was covered in blood, out without encountering a single person.

Gu Zhiyuan was already in a semi-conscious state, with most of his body leaning on Xu Ningyan's shoulder, supported only by his willpower, subconsciously following Xu Ningyan's steps forward.

It took him a while to lift his eyelids and give Xu Ningyan directions, telling her how to get there.

He was referring to some secluded, winding paths.

Fortunately, the original owner, Xu Siya, was used to farm work and had even carried rice during the busy farming season, so she was able to handle Gu Zhiyuan's large physique of over 100 pounds.

With the hospital in sight, Gu Zhiyuan could no longer hold on. He closed his eyes, his whole body went limp, and all his weight fell on Xu Ningyan.

Xu Ningyan's soul was scattered!

Could the big boss have died?

Trembling, she reached under Gu Zhiyuan's nose and felt his faint breath before she breathed a sigh of relief.

Oh no, that scared her to death! She almost thought the big shot had died!

Thank goodness! Wiping away the tears that had welled up from the fright, Xu Ningyan took a deep breath. Since the big boss had fainted, saving him was the priority, so she couldn't worry about anything else.

He grabbed the boss's legs, half-squatted on one leg, and casually hoisted him onto his shoulder, carrying Gu Zhiyuan like a sack of potatoes, and sped towards the hospital.

As soon as he entered the hospital, he shouted, "Help! Doctor! Someone help me!"

The hospital was right by the main road, and Xu Ningyan was carrying a person covered in blood as she ran, which startled everyone who saw her.

Before they even entered the hospital, someone inside saw them and exclaimed in surprise.

As soon as the people ran in, doctors and physicians had already run out.

Seeing Xu Ningyan carrying the person in, he hurriedly came forward. Taking advantage of Xu Ningyan's posture, he examined Gu Zhiyuan's eyelids and wounds, and immediately said, "Quickly send him to the operating room for emergency treatment!"

He led the way, gesturing for Xu Ningyan to follow.

Xu Ningyan followed behind, entered the operating room, and placed the person on the operating table.

The nurse kicked him out.

At this moment, she was covered in blood, and with her thin figure and tattered clothes, she looked particularly pitiful standing in the operating room.

A nurse came up to them and asked, "You have blood on you. Are you injured? Are you alright?"

Xu Ningyan shook her head: "I'm fine, it's all his blood!"

The nurse sighed and patted her shoulder: "Don't worry, good people are always protected, you'll be alright!"

Xu Ningyan nodded, forcing a smile.

Fortunately, a nurse spoke up, reminding her that the big boss had gone into the operating room, and the things he had asked her to do hadn't been done yet.

There's no use in worrying outside the operating room. She might as well get things done first, so that she can have an explanation when the big shot wakes up and make a good impression.

Coming to his senses, he seemingly pulled out a handful of loose change from his pocket, but actually from his spatial storage. Without counting it, he stuffed it into the nurse's hand: "Nurse, could you please pay the bill for me? I need to go and tell his friend. I'll be right back, okay?"

People are particularly simple and honest at this time. The nurse saw that Xu Ningyan's appearance was not faking it, and since he could take out money, what she said made sense, so she didn't think much of it.

He was still pleased to have gained Xu Ningyan's trust, patting his chest and saying, "Don't worry, sister! Go and inform his family and friends! My surname is Wu, and my name is Wu Chunyu. Once you've informed them, come find me, and I'll give you the receipts! We'll need them when he's discharged!"

Xu Ningyan thanked Wu Chunyu and hurriedly left the hospital.

I found someone at the entrance, asked them where Changlai Lane was, and then jogged over there.
