Qiao Manli's eyes never left the window; to her, this place was so big and so beautiful.

They soon arrived at their doorstep. Qiao Xiaoni then realized that there weren't enough slippers at home, and saw that everyone's feet were covered in snow and mud.
"Dad, Mom, eldest brother, sister-in-law, Manli, Chenqiu, please take off your shoes and leave them by the door. Just come in barefoot; your shoes are all muddy, and it'll be hard to clean them up if you step on the floor."
"Mmm." Li Meihua was the first to respond, noticing how clean and tidy her daughter's house was, with its sparkling floors. She quickly took off her shoes and walked in barefoot. She found that her feet weren't cold at all, and after entering the house, she looked around and thought everything was nice.
The family members came in, Qiao Xiaoni closed the door, and then helped Tao Chunfang to the bedroom and onto the bed.
"Sister-in-law, is your stomach upset? Are you hungry or thirsty?"
Tao Chunfang entered the room and sat down on a chair: "I'm not hungry or thirsty, you don't need to worry about me, take care of Mom and Dad first."
In the morning, Qiao Xiaoni took a plastic bag containing about a dozen candies from the drawer and put it on her bed.
"If you feel unwell, eat a piece of candy first, I'm afraid you'll have low blood sugar."
"Okay, I understand. Don't worry, I'll take good care of myself." Tao Chunfang looked at the small but well-organized room.
Qiao Xiaoni went out to find Su Chenhao and asked him to buy some daily necessities.
Su Chenhao wrote down everything, took the money, and hurriedly left.
Having been away for a long time, Qiao Xiaoni boiled a kettle of water in the kitchen, then looked at the vegetables and saw they were wilted. The cabbage was still edible, and there were a few bundles of noodles in the cupboard. She heated oil in a pot and started cooking a pot of noodles, hoping to give her family a simple meal.
Li Meihua looked around the house inside and out, and then came to the kitchen door.
"Honey, we won't stay at the guesthouse tonight. Your dad and I will sleep on the floor in the living room."
